Brett was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable as we searched for a vehicle that fit our family's unique needs. We appreciated that he did not use the "high pressure" approach in selling us our vehicle. '13 Mustang Purchase
Thanks to everybody at Hiller Ford for making my new vehicle purchase possible! Other members of my family have bought and leased numerous vehicles through Steve Misher in the past, and have always had very positive experiences dealing with him. So, when it was time to buy my first car, I knew exactly who to go to. Steve didn't have to work hard to sell me on the car - the legacy and quality of the Mustang did that itself. However, he and the other staff at Hiller really went the extra mile to make sure that my car-buying experience was as painless as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend Hiller Ford, and Steve in particular, to anybody who is looking to buy a new Ford!

2009 CHEVY MALIBU
I just drove off the lot tonight with a 2009 Chevy Malibu. After finding the car on line I decided to go test drive it. Thanks to Dean Hoyt, my salesman for giving me outstanding customer service & for understanding my situation until I could pick the car up. Hiller Ford was the first & only place I went to look at cars...after talking with Dean I found him to be very helpful, not pushy & HONEST...didn't even think twice about going anywhere else!! Very Friendly and Helpful Staff!
I just bought my very first car, a used Ford Escape and the process was so simple and easy with the excellent staff! My salesman (Dean Hoyt) went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to help us out. I highly recommend them for all your car needs!

New Fusion! Thanks Hiller Ford!
This was my second car I purchased from Hiller ford. I traded my 2007 Edge that I bought used for a new 2013 Fusion. Both experiences were about the same. The sales staff wasn't pushy and allowed me to take my time and weigh my options. The finance staff (Jim) was excellent and very knowledgeable on all warranty, service, and vehicle functions and options. The one aspect about Hiller that is a bit of a turn off is that they are a no-haggle facility, through and through. If you expect to go and get more than manufacturer rebates and incentives for discounts, you are mistaken. They do make up for this with very competitive pricing if you do your shopping around, though. Their customer service will keep you coming back. If you're car shopping and want to visit a no-pressure facility. Check out Hiller Ford. My overall experience with this dealership has been positive and I will gladly recommend stopping by Hiller if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!

'13 Focus Hatchback Purchase
Recently purchased my second new car from Hiller Ford. I traded in my ?09 Focus SE for a ?13 Focus Hatchback SE, which wasn?t available in the ?09 model year. My ?09 Focus was an excellent car in every drivability category, so I hope the Hatchback can match it. Whoever buys my old car will get a great used vehicle. I go into places generally knowing what I want, so as long as all discounts are properly applied and I get what I came for, in this case a Focus Hatchback, I will generally leave satisfied. However, the salesperson, Russ Mayer, did go over all the options in detail and I paid for a metallic red paintjob, which I normally wouldn?t do, but I?m really happy I did because it is what I wanted and is a really nice match to the car?s styling. Just about everybody has complimented me on that color selection. So far, no drivability issues with the car whatsoever. As long as it gets me to the state parks with about 38 or so miles to the gallon and can haul the night?s firewood, I?ll be satisfied. The main reason I continue to use Hiller, however, is because I?ve always received excellent service through their service department. Never had anyone there try and oversell me any maintenance or service and that includes when I was driving a car I didn?t purchase at Hiller. I?m far more concerned with the servicing and warranty aspect of the purchase than the sales, since I?ll be using that service department for the next six or so years with this vehicle, assuming no unforeseen accidents or incidents change that.

Hiller Ford is the Best Ford Dealer!!
My Wife and I recently had a baby and we needed a bigger vehicle. We were looking at the 2013 Ford Edge SEL online, so we decided to call Hiller Ford where we bought our last 2 Ford's from. Steve Misher is the best sales representative that we have ever dealt with and we were extremely happy to be dealing with him again. It so happens that the vehicle we were looking at was Steve's demo. Steve knew exactly who we were even after 3 years since our last purchase and he gave us his keys right away. We fell in love with the vehicle and after Steve went through every option on the vehicle with us, we were even more excited about what the vehicle can do. Escape
I recently leased a 2013 Escape. I shopped 2 area Ford dealers and like the way I was treated at Hiller Ford. I first talked to Pam Wolff and then when I had some follow up questions I learned that Pam was out sick for a few days but Dean Hoyt picked up where she left off and answered all my questions. I especially liked that I did not feel that they were competing for my business. I never felt pressured.
