Great experience

I just picked up a Fusion Titanium. The sales man Dan Napierala was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The sales manager was also very very polite. I would recommend Hiller Ford if you are looking.....

Outstanding service from Dan the salesman to Jim the finance guy. Everything was explained in detail and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to make their way to Hiller Ford. I am a tough sell and if they can get on my good side then you will have no problem!!

Two for two, thanks to Hiller Ford!

We were ready to trade in our vehicles. Getting two cars at the same time seemed overwhelming. Our salesman, Dean Hoyt, was great. He worked with us, explaining the benefits of both buying and leasing. He also helped us with our trade ins. He was patient and thorough. He also has a great sense of humor. He made it a fun experience for us. Jim Hoffman in Finance was very easy to talk to. He made it easy to understand the paperwork needed to close our deal. We are thrilled with our 2013 Ford Escape and Focus. If you need a car, go to Hiller and ask for Dean. You'll be glad you did!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I have bought several cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a 2013 Ford Escape and my salesman, Bill Darr, did a fantastic job of pointing me in the right direction. He knew the product well and offered great advice on what my options were. He took the time to help me do a basic set up of my Sync system, and even advised on a class at the dealership for more advanced training. Very cool! Craig and Jim in finance were super friendly and explained everything I needed to know about my purchase contract. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. Thank you to everyone at Hiller Ford - you are awesome!

great experience

I visited Hiller Ford last fall and indicated I was just beginning to look for a new vehicle. I am from out of the Milwaukee area and was just beginning my search. Bill Darr was the salesman I talked to and he was very friendly - and not pushy - which is why I returned when it was time to buy a new vehicle. He gave me some general prices via e-mail and I said I would be in touch in March. He only contacted me once in the spring just as a reminder.

Not only did they find me the best deal and discounts...

Not only did they find me the best deal and discounts that I am elegable for, they took the time to research banks and find me the best financing option with the lowest interest rate. They explained all of the paperwork in normal terms so that I could understand fully what I was signing. To add to my already wonderful experience, Steve took the time to sit in my new car with me and go over basic setup of the Sync system, and the computer options in the car. Also, they offer a great extended warranty that I know will come in handy. All of the poeple that I encountered there were happy, and willing to go out of their way to help cater to my needs. Thank you Steve and the team at Hiller for getting me my new Focus! I love it!

Body Shop is Top-notch!!!

I had just purchased my new focus and was struck in the driver's side door. I brought my car to Hiller Ford for the body work and Ned Cerra was the man i dealt with. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the process. I couldn't have asked for an easier repair job than Hiller Ford. The person who did my repair was Brian and he did the job so well it looks like the first day i got it! Everyone at Hiller is top-notch in my book!!!
