Love my new Ford Focus

I received excellent, no pressure help and information from Dean Hoyt throughout the process of purchasing a new car. I did thorough research on numerous cars in the small sedan category. Not only was the Ford Focus the best car choice; but also, Hiller Ford was the best Dealership. I am really enjoying the gas mileage savings my new Focus has provided and looking forward to the next time I need a new car. I will definitely be coming back to Hiller and to Dean. Thanks for all your help!

Great Service

Made the process of buying a used vehicle easy and painless! Told the salesman (Dean Hoyt) my price range and make and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. Found the vehicle within a couple hours and the next day was already taking it off the lot. Hiller Ford made it easy and fun to buy a used vehicle. Outstanding Service

Had my Mercury in for repairs on a number of occasions and found the service Mike Kuechenmeister and your mechanics was outstanding. Mike kept me up to date with the repairs and I had no problems once the job was done. I did not purchase the vehicle from Hiller Ford, but was treated as one of their regular customers. Keep up the good work.

Hiller Ford...Great Staff, Service and Support!!!

I am writing to give praise to Hiller Ford. I recently was undecided as to purchase a newer SUV or keep and service my 2003 Explorer.....I had been to several Ford dealerships in the Milwaukee area and they don't even come close to the positive experience I received by the entire staff at Hiller......from Russ M. in used car sales; to Mike K. in service.......I decided to keep my Explorer and Mike K. gave me up front and honest answers.......In addition, all the other members of their staff were all very helpful and friendly. Peace of Mind is something that can not be bought!! They go the extra mile!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!

Flex your stuff at hiller

I have just ordered my second Ford Flex. My first one (2011 Titanium) was involved in a hit and run accident at highway speeds and did everything it could to protect my family. No one was hurt except my flex :( About a year ago we needed some parts for our Ford Focus and bought them from Rich Nimke in the parts department at hiller ford in franklin. I am a female and he just treated me like a customer and made the experience terrific. I did not purchase my original Flex from Hiller. When we found out that we were going tp need a new flex, Rich had made such an impression on me that I called him first. I also called the original dealer and salesman who did not even rembember me. Rich introduced me to Dean Hoyt who has been great. He is accurate and timely. He gave me a great price from the beginning and I am sure that he will follow through the whole ordering process. I am looking forward tp meeting Mr. Hiller when I pick up my new Flex in late Feb. or early March.

Great all around service and product!

This was my first car. After a few different dealers, Dean from Hiller Ford stuck out as the best salesman I dealt with selling the best product that I encountered - a 2013 Ford Fusion. Everyone at Hiller Ford was very friendly, offered me a great deal, and provided me with a great overall experience, start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

Service Alignment and Recall

Mike Kuechenmeister is and excellent Service Advisor. I worked in Braeger Chrysler Jeep when it was around so I know how service advisors act. He was very honest and gave me advice based on my situation with my winter vehicle. My 1998 Ford Ranger Splash 4x4. He is not like others in different dealers where they push you to purchase everything possible. Mike also kept me informed in the process of the service. I would Highly Recommend Hiller Ford especially Mike Kuechenmeister as your service advisor.

Service Center

Mike K. from the Service department did a great job with helping me through my Ford Focus repairs. He walked me through the process and kept me updated every couple hours. He and the Service Center did a great job and I will make sure to bring any other repairs back to them. Thanks.

Quick Lube

Our company has been doing business with Hiller Ford for 25 plus years. Between purchasing vehicles and general maintanance and repair they have always done the right thing. Ted Kodaski in the quick lube has very extensive knowledge of every vehicle i have ever had a question about and his "right product for the right vehicle" attitude is exactly what a small buisiness needs to servive in this economy. I have been happy in all relationships at Hiller and look forward to another 25 years of buisiness.
