Great Experience/Awesome Salesperson

This was the second vehicle I purchased from Bill Darr and like before he was most helpful and answered any questions I had. I have recommended him to many people who when they are ready to purchase will hopefully considered Hiller Ford and Bill. Great experience with the whole buying process.

great service!!

bought a car from them last week. dean hoyt was my sales person. he was great!!! took me to test drive my car in 3 different type of pavements so i could see how it would drive in each type. he wasnt pushy at all, and he made my shopping experience so great! when i picked up my car he had it cleaned inside and out and took his time explaining to me how to work everything in my car even the stereo. i received a thank you post card from the dealership and hes been emailing me to make sure im content with my car. highly recommend them!!!!

Would go back for my next car

The salesman who helped me, Ben, was really nice and no pressure. They had a really nice selection of cars at a great price. The only downfall was it took forever to get all the paperwork done. We started around 5:00pm and left the dealership around 9:30pm. Other than the slow paperwork process it was a great experience.

Great Experience!

Just got The Works done on my new 2013 F150 and after going to quick lube places for many years this was a pleasant change. Ted Kodaski took excellent care of me, they provided amazing coffee, and I got to chat with the best salesman I've ever known; Dan Fox. I'll be back!

Awesome salesman and team

Awesome salesman, Dean Hoydt! Gave me a great quote for my trade.....and put together a great deal so that I could get my 2013 Focus. Dean worked hard and thought outside of the box to help me get the absolute best deal possible. Everyone else in the Hiller team was awesome as well. They made us feel welcome and important which meant a lot to us. Awesome dealership!

Excellent.....the absolute best!

The absolute best sales experience ever! Dean Hoyt was beyond great. He treated me with respect, which meant a lot to me. Dean also helped me get everything together,things that I didn't think were possible, for me to be able to get my new Focus. Dean was professional and helpful from the very beginning to the end. If I purchase another vehicle I will certainly hope to have the opportunity to work with Dean again. Everyone at the Hiller Dealership was beyond great as well. I would purchase from them again in the future. This was a great experience in every way!

Finally we found a dealer that treats the customer with respect. Our salesperson, Dan Napierala, was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable of the vehilces and straightforward with pricing. Hiller did not have the vehilce we wanted, but quickly located the exact model for us. If you are looking for an easy car buying experience, I'd highly recommend Hiller Ford.

Great experience!

I was most fortunate to have Dean Hoyt greet me as I entered the show room. He was knowledgable, helpful and incredibly thorough in making sure the vehicle options I selected suited my needs. He spent time calculating different equipment options to find me the best value. I took delivery on my 2013 Escape on April 30th and have been extremely satisfied with my interactions with EVERYONE at Hiller Ford. The paperwork process went smoothly and was well organized. Dean did a superlative job in explaining the features and technology of my new vehicle. He repeatedly encouraged me to call him for ANY reason. This week I had the privilege and pleasure to have Rachel Falkowski fine tune my understanding of the Sync features. She was great. Rachel's teaching style reflected both expertise as well as genuine interest in making sure I grasped how everything worked. Buying a new vehicle is an expensive undertaking. I really feel that Dean, Rachel and the staff at Hiller truly added value to my Ford Escape purchasing experience.

Excellent experience With Dean and Hiller Ford

We have been buying cars from Hiller Ford for over 15 years. Dean Hoyt has and will always be our Salesmen of choice. His patience, knowledge and understanding of the Ford product makes it a very pleasureable experience. He is one of the best in the business But it is more than that. Being recognized by the staff as a long time customer goes a long way to making the buying process as confortable as possible.The Service staff has a wealth of knowledge and experience and I think is one of the best in the city. Add the Quik Lube department who go out of their way to make sure your car is up to date on maintanence and service, adds up to one of the best overall dealerships in the area. As we have a third generation getting into the buying market, we look forward in working with Dean and Hiller Ford in the future. They are the best

Excellent Experience At Hiller Ford - Dean Hoyt

I went to Hiller Ford after shopping around for a car for a few weeks, and I can honestly say I wish I had just started there. Being a young woman who was making her first car purchase, anyone could have taken advantage of my knowing very little about how this whole process works. Working with Dean Hoyt was simple and easy. He got me a great deal, and was willing to go above and beyond to insure that I was happy with my purchase. The day I purchased the car, it was rather rainy, so he told me I could come back on a warmer day and get it washed/re-detailed. I just did this yesterday and not only did he make sure this happened, but he washed the car himself! Once my lease is up, I will certainly be going back to Dean for future car purchases. Both he and Hiller Ford have exceeded my expectations.
