You guy try to hook you up with promises they are "unable" to deliver. They assure you the best offer of the market over the phone, but once you are there everything changes, turning automatically your shopping experience into a total waste of your precious time. Sellers from Kendall's Toyota need to learn how to appreciate more customer's time and how to be consequent with what they promise. I know business need to bring people, but through this way the opposite is being achieved. Lying is the most disrespectful way to treat customers. Will never go back again.

The experience I had with West Kendall Toyota was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in Saul was so helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to take my time and decide on the automobile that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did I have doubt about leaving without my desired automobile. Once I was transferred over to Gilbert the finance manager I felt even more at home. I could not have asked for a better experience from shopping to signing the papers. Thanks West Kendall!
