Worst service ever! I made an appointment for regular maintenance with Manuel Quesada at 8:30 am I had to wait until 4 pm.He never call me to let me know that the car was ready.

Was shopping around for a new Corolla and was recommended this dealership. All the personnel were friendly and professional. The price was just right and the whole process was smooth. Angel and Nestor (sales and finance) did an excellent job. Highly recommend for car buying needs.

I always have had a great experience when need to buy a vehicle, and Vicente Pablos is a wonderful person, however when I referred a customer to buy a car at WKT, a "referral bonus" were supposed to be mailed to me, and after a year, nothing have been received. I contacted Vicente Pablos (Sales) and Julian Bertel (Finance), and nothing has been resolved. With this referral program, I have a bad customer experience.

Excelente experiencia en la compra de mi carro me encanto la atención de Salomón te da mucha confianza además que es súper paciente y amable mil gracias de verdad

La peor experiencia en el servicio de mi auto, despues de tres horas esperando, me delvolvieron el carro con un dano en el techo en la parte frontal del pillar del pasajero, cuando hable con el service advisor, me dijo que a lo mejor fue con un arbol, que chequeo en las camaras y no vio nada, mi Toyota es del 2019.

Fui para el servicio del carro y rotarles las gomas que te lo cobran aparte y les dije que chequearan los frenos me dijeron que el carro estaba listo que todo está bien y era que no rotaron las gomas pero sí supieron cobrar, no vuelvo allí jamás.
