My 1st experience at West Kendall Toyota and was highly satisfied with all who I had contact with. All were professional and courteous!

The salespeople help you and always try to get you in the car that you are looking for, the big problem here is the financiers who lie all the time and deceive customers by promising things that do not really exist and do it to make monthly payments more expensive. Financing.

I only come to West Kendall Toyota since 2007.. Wouldn't change..

Andy Suarez helped us with the financing of our new Sienna and we are very happy with his service. He explains everything very well and answers all of our questions and had in his best interest to help us out with the best deal for us. He is very nice and professional and we for sure are looking forward in making more future deals with him. Our seller, Mr. Escobar was also very great and friendly. Overall I really recommend this place, the ambiance and the people are just right!

Roy needs to be fired immediately!! Internet sales. Rude... Dumb.. Unprofessional kid . I told him i would report him and he said"i don't care. Do whatever you want, it wont affect me". Im in the market for a New Land Cruiser 2017. Get rid of this kid and I'll buy it from this location. My credit score is 780.
