They ran our credit 15 times which is called rocketing to try to find a loan and reduce my overall credit rating because of all the hard inquiries it was a horrible experience. But they had the truck that I was looking for but was unable to purchase could I get a loan because of the reduction in my credit score because of the amount of times they read my and my wife’s credit.

There is a lot of cars and trucks and sales people. I schedule to look at a car and got there and test drove it. The radiator hose was leaking and the windshield wiper was in the floor of passenger seat. They tried to talk me into another car instead of just fixing this one and told me they would call me when it was fixed and never did.

This place is horrible. Not only do they lie to you about the price buy when you ask them why they weren't upfront about the $3k add on for stuff you don't want a manager comes out and says you should have read the fine print. Are you kidding?? There was no fine print on the site I saw the vehicle and even if there was that's a horrible business practice. I drove over an hour one way to see the vehicle and it was a total waste of time! I would never do business with this unethical dealership.

Very happy with the customer service we received from our salesman Armand he was so helpful with the truck my daughter got and has helped with some follow up fixes, I would recommend him if you are in the market for a vehicle!

They 3 people first Armin Next a Lis. Then final manager closing papers. All 3 rushed me out first two didn't even care what i looked like. Who i was. Almost left. But the sales associate Juan was very respectful answered my questions. Recomend Him Juan only. Others should find another line of work. Were ever cold people get work

The reviews of them adding additional products whether you want them or not is true. They added almost 4000 dollars to the price of the car....I was going to travel 850 miles to look at the car..I just saved myself time and aggravation in going. Trust the reviews, do your research

Terrible experience. We saw a truck listed at a good price, went there and test drove it. When we sat down to talk price they had $3,000 worth of addons they would not remove. They had a GPS fee of $2,000, an invisible Vin marking fee of $1000 and they wanted to charge $500 for door edge guards (which I purchased from Amazon for $13). Don't go there, they are NOT honest with their prices.

False advertising. Ad says vehicle has a supercharger, it does not. Vehicle was priced $7000 over KBB and had $3000 in additional hidden dealer fees. GM refused to negotiate price and ad is still up 2 weeks later. It wouldn't get a vehicle from them if they gave it to me.

Had bad experience in the past with dealers, but here all was flawless and friendly staff not pushy at all, got me the truck I wanted with the payment I wanted

Buying a ca is always scary , Juan was awesome and really helpful. I would recommend anyone to go there to buy their van or truck !!
