Best service in the MIDWEST

I had a recall on my vehicle. I live down in the [insert name of metro area] and none of the dealerships could work me in for the mere 20 minutes of service necessary to tell me if my car needed the full recall serviced (they happily scheduled me about 4 weeks out with no other option). Lo and behold, one call to Einspahr and they said they could service my car if I got it there before they closed. Definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive. It truly means a lot when folks care about you AND do great work. Highly recommend!!

Lincoln Certified Car Very Disappointing

Bought a Lincoln Certified Car. Since received felt it was not properly aligned. Had service people check and did not find an issue. Bought car at 12000 miles. At 27000 miles tires shot, shocks need to be replaced and some other issue cannot seem to be solved. Terrible communication from service department when car kept for a week trying to figure out the problem. Received car back and still makes a knocking noise and then when on the interstate going 80 mph last night the car started tracking horribly. Felt like a wheel was going to come off. Had to drive 20 miles with flashers and going 55 mph. Now terrified to drive my car because I don't have confidence they know how to fix.

2015 Platinum Super Duty F350

Excellent service all around!! They knew I need my truck back at a certain time and it was done on time with extra service done. I was greatly appreciative for the respect give towards me.
