No issues and no problems. Safety precautions taken and they talked to me about how to keep my Ford Rewards program with them Took time with me even though I just came in for an oil change!

Unsatisfactory

I was visiting family in the area when I started having problems with my transmission running too warm. Einsphar Auto Plaza in Brookings probably has one of the worse customer service?s I?ve ever experienced. I called four times trying to make an appointment to have my F450 looked at as the transmission was overheating. Each time, I left a message and was told someone would call me back. I finally stopped by personally and got a little irrate with the service department and was finally able to get an appointment. After dropping my truck off I had to call for an update as I had a morning appointment to have it looked at and still hadn?t heard anything by 3:00. I was told my truck was not overheating but they did change the transmission fluid. I?ve been driving F450?s for 20 years and I?m very familiar with how they run and a transmission temperature of 235 degrees is not normal. I?m still getting messages on my control panel for my transmission so I will take it to my reliable Ford dealer in Missouri when I get home.

My salesman Jake Satterlee is very professional, plain and simple Jake is honest, no pressure, and just takes care of you. While Jake was out Matt Einspar stop to say hi and making sure I was being helped. Both Matt and Stacey Moes were very pleasant to meet and work with. I highly recommend Einspar?s .

New Ford Ranger

Great place to purchase a car or truck. They had the exact Ford I was looking for in stock and the sales process was easy and slick. Sales and the Finance had great people with no pressure at all in the process. Honest and clear. Thanks!

The car was repaired for my granddaughter who was only in town for a few days. They went out of their way to track down the parts and have it repaired in a timely manor. One of the employees even dropped it off at my house so I didn't have to find a ride or walk. I really appreciate the service I received.
