Oil change and rotate the tires. Found my front brakes needed to be replaced and promptly called to explain and find out what I wanted to do. Truck was done about a half hour later.

Excellent Service
I asked for an oil change, rotation, and to have a seal checked on my real axle. They paid attention to all my concerns. Fixed the seal under warranty and had my truck ready to go before the end of the day. Excellent work.

It was amazing..fast..and very friendly! I was able to drop my car off the night before and get a loaner vehicle right away. And was notified immediately when my car was done. Excellent service!

Unexpected charge - but repairs were fine
I am glad that they were finally able to fix a nagging problem. But, I asked them to check on a possible leak as well, and Zach said "sure!" Only when I came to pay, did I find out there was a charge of $70 for that request. A troubleshooting/diagnosis charge for looking for that leak. Since they looked for the leak for me = $70. However, I was NOT informed of this charge when I asked for that service. I wasn't asked to sign anything agreeing to a diagnosis charge, payable if they found something or not. I lodged this complaint to Zach and he said that it's your standard diagnosis fee (he did discount it when I complained). I understand it's standard to you, but it's not standard to me. The Ford dealership in Wahpeton spent 30minutes (at the end of the day) trying to figure out why my A/C stopped blowing. They did this as I drove across country, with no appointment, and no charge. They even ran some diagnostic codes on it - no charge. A smile and they were sorry they couldn't find the problem for me. A local shop here in Volga had my other vehicle all day, looking for an electrical problem - no charge and gave me a ride to pick it up. I have rarely run across any diagnosis charges in my many years, and when I did, they were agreed upon up front - not at the cashier's desk. I will also add that you had my car all day. I got no call to update. I finally got a call at 5:20pm, telling me it was done and to come get it before 5:30pm. You have my address, and can see it's Volga. You gave me TEN minutes notice that my car was done and you were closing. A little more consideration there would be great in the future.
