I purchased my 6th GMC Sierra from Cappellino Buick GMC

I purchased my 6th GMC Sierra from Cappellino Buick GMC recently. The reason I keep going back to purchase new Sierra's from Cappellino Buick GMC is because of the outstanding service I receive from the sales people and service department. Thanks Dom and Steve for another great experience. I love my new 2024 Sierra Denali.

Mike Matthews is my salesman, this is probably our third vehicle and I will go back for the next one. He's easy to talk to, direct to the point, and extremely competent. Matt in finance is great, no B.S., extremely pleased. Keep up the good work Capelino!

Jacquie was an absolutely excellent salesperson who provided all the vehicle information in an extremely digestible manner. She managed our time to perfection, wasting none and allowing for the perfect intervals of silence for our own Q&A. There was no pressure in the sales process as it was a natural process unfolding into the best singular vehicle purchase of our lives. We would recommend her as well as Cappelino GMC to anyone and we are now customers for life!

Bought a 2024 Yukon xl last week. Salesman Michael Matthews’s was great. No pressure to buy. Started looking at this vehicle in June, took me a while to decide what to do. Mike would check in with me to see if there was anything he could do to help me with the decision. My kind of salesman. Great dealership,everyone was great. Matt in finance was easy to work with and very accommodating. Recommend this dealership.

Recently bought a new GMC Sierra truck and had a great

Recently bought a new GMC Sierra truck and had a great experience at this dealership. I have a crazy schedule and Nick and the internet salesman did a great job working with me through texts and emails to get me all the numbers i needed to make a decision to come in and buy. All the other dealers i contacted would kust respond " when can u come in to go over numbers " even after explaining multiple times that i dont have any spare time to sit around at the dealership. Cappelino worked with my schedule and got the deal done . Even the finance department did a great job having everything ready for me when i came it and made it very painless and very smooth . Would definitely use them again . Highly recommend

My salesperson; David was very knowledgeable. He was upfront and transparent. He listened to my concerns. Financing and payments/paperwork was explained to me. I was advised the warranty policy regarding any issues.

I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Nick Buccarelli was able pull ahead my lease and get my wife into New GMC Terrain Denali. He made the transaction simple and was handled quickly. This my 4th vehicle with Nick and look forward to working with him again.
