Talked to salesman and I sent him vin number and pics of my trade told him I was on vacation the following week and I would stop over....no response. So I went to another dealer Monday and bought my new truck got what I wanted for my trade. Which was Kelly blue book value. Do these people really want to sell trucks?

Easiest Car Buying Experience
I had been searching for awhile to find a good deal to get me out of my 2012 Nissan Rogue without creating a much higher payment. The salesperson(Eric) I dealt with explored a bunch of options for me and listened to my story so he knew what I needed. After research and the help of the General Sales Manager (John) i am excited to say I got the perfect vehicle. A beautiful 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited!!!

Bad service experience
Went there to have a key programmed and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. I have a dodge Dakota and you would think that they would know what to do. The lady told me that they couldn’t get the keys to work that it would need a diagnostic check to see if the module was working or not... well wouldn’t you think that they would have done that in the first place... further more they charged me 63.00 service fee which I intend to get back when I speak to the corporate office..

great customer service
I have 2 Jeep Cherokees from this dealership. They went out of their way to help me make each deal. They also took care of every issue along the way. Their service department picked me up and dropped me off when I was having scheduled maintenance. I would definitely get my next vehicle from Scranton Dodge. (My next jeep will be the Wagoner)

No haggling needed
This dealership found me the perfect vehicle with the options I needed. They made me a priority and offered a price that beat the other two dealerships in the area. Then once the deal was complete I was offered some additional warranty and service options that I declined. Once I said no to those options I was not hassled with multiple objections a sales pitches to buy something I didnt want or need.

I must vent!!!
I don't leave reviews ever!!! This is my first ever review. I feel I must vent about my experience today 12/8/18 at Scranton Dodge. I had an appointment at 3:00 pm to pick up my new 2019 Ram 1500 Crew Cab and sign the necessary paperwork. I usually deal with Motor World however, they did not have the truck I was looking for Scranton Dodge did. I am not going to leave names because this situation is not a single person's fault. Prior to completing the paperwork on my purchase I was handed the keys to the new 2019 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. I bought this truck sight unseen. Because I was told that it was at the other dealership. I started the vehicle and the odometer read 432 miles. I immediately shut the truck off and went to speak with my salesman about this. He said the truck has been on the lot since March. Really March for a 2019! Then he said that the truck was moved between dealerships and had been driven several times. I told them the deal was off to which he said he would give me an additional $500.00 off. When I told him I never bought a new vehicle with 432 miles on it he offered free oil changes. Another person came out and offered me an additional $1000.00 towards my pay off of $28,766.00. Making my total towards my payoff of $28,000.00. I told the gentleman that I was already receiving $28,000.00 and giving them a check for the difference of $766.00. Then he tells me that that must be a mistake I was only to get $27,000 and he didn't know why my salesman would have said that. At this point I no longer felt secure about the deal and felt like I was being lied to. So I told them I no longer want to buy their truck and left the dealership. I will now go to Motor World and purchase my next truck.

ALERT on TRADE IN VALUE
ALERT went on dealers website and used there KBB tradein value and online received a tradein value of $6200 To $9200 and was offered $2000 for tradein after explaining there site trade in went to $4000 needless to say i feel they use this to get you there, I was offered $7500 trade in at another dealership will never recommend Scranton dodge to anyone but will tell them not to go there ....

Hello, I am sorry you are disappointed. Customer typically receive hundreds if not thousands more than the quoted KBB Trade-In value. KBB is using conservative figures because they can't see or drive the vehicle - all important factors when determining values. Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM trades 100's of vehicles every month and prides itself on offering competitive offers. Can you provide some more information so we can review your appraisal? What kind of vehicle were you trading?
