Great Experience

I just stopped in to check some new cars out. Josh made me feel right at home and made the idea of buying a new car exciting instead of nerve racking. I will definitely only request Josh anytime I am there!

The most unprofessional sales rep I've ever dealt with

I must say, of all the vehicle transactions I've made over the years, my time spent dealing with Josh Symuleski has been nothing short of a nightmare. Mr. Symuleski wasted my time, lied to me (as confirmed by another sales rep), and then tried to raise the price of the vehicle on me after we have previously negotiated a price. I do not recommend dealing with dealership.

Overall great experience.

I would recommend Chris to anyone. He is helpful, patient, polite and I really enjoyed my experience with him. It is nice not dealing with one of those pushy overbearing salesman, the Jeep I bought had a lot of features that Chris was more than patient to explain and go over all the the SUV had to offer.

I bought my Jeep from Tunkhannock dodge a few years ago....

I bought my Jeep from Tunkhannock dodge a few years ago. Engine light kept coming on and off but this time it stayed on so I figured since Scranton was closer I would take it there. I have a extended warranty and they told me my jeep needed a new download of some sort and then light reset but it was not covered under the warranty. I didn’t have it done and instead made an appt. here at Tunkhannock dodge where I purchased the Jeep. They found out that the thermostat needed to be replaced and all covered under the warranty. I will never go down to the dodge dealer in Scranton ever again for service or repairs. They tried to rob me out of 150 bucks and also told me that my back wiper needed to be replaced and the whole mechanism had to be replaced witch would have costed me another 140. That was also a lie and they are taking care of that for me down here in Tunkhannock as well. I know now to always get at least 2 estimates before getting anything done especially down at Scranton dodge

Customer service is terrible. Please never go here. They ruined my paint and never fixed my issues. They basically said there's no way it was them that damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it. After about 20 times going back for various issues I still have some of the same. Today was about the 8th time it went back for one in particular and they said nothing is wrong and next time provide pictures. I did have pictures and they didn't want to see them. If you do go here, good luck getting a hold of anyone. Sometimes it's a day or two for them to get back to you or sometimes it's 2 weeks. From my experience with them, they have no idea what they are doing. As a mechanic whose worked in shops myself I can say nothing they do would ever be considered okay at the shops I worked in. That warranty is worthless too as they refuse to swap out parts just claiming that they "fixed" the old parts. Just saying after 8 come backs you think they would finally swap that part, but again it doesn't seem like they have a clue what they are doing. I will be doing my own work from now on and I would give this dealer a negative 10 stars if I could. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

He has not tried to reach out to me so do not lie. I always have to call and leave messages to wait for a response, which takes hours by the way. I have spots i can clearly see seals ripped up and when i tell them all of this they disregard it and do nothing by just saying they moved seals and it works great now

Funny how i only recieved a call after these reviews. Yet still he said nothing about the damages your employees did to my vehicle. I'm tired of being nice and feel its time to get my lawyer involved.

Can only say they are a typical car dealership

Some was good, some was just OK. Nothing stellar at this dealership. Nothing for me to say I'll go back or I would recommend. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler in November of 2019. Had already done all the research and picked the Jeep I wanted and made an appointment online before arriving. The processes was typical. I did go on a Friday morning so it was pretty dead and very little in distractions. Both Josh and the Sales Manager were pleasant. Nothing really to report on them. Not too pushy and in the end I got what I needed in a new Jeep Wrangler while trading in a 2016 Jeep Renegade. The Jeep had some quality issues before even sitting in it. Some broken seat latches. Not really the dealerships fault. It was brand new, 12 miles on it. But this led to some other issues creeping up like a bad wheel alignment and an inspection sticker that was 4 months into it's life, and discovering the vehicle should have come with freedom panel storage bag, but that was nowhere to be found. So right off the bat I had to schedule another service and a good part of a Saturday wasted. FCA is delivering these expensive vehicles to dealerships and the dealerships are not checking them over. So just a poor representation of a brand with years of history and reputation. I was looking forward to buying my first all american car, and again, it just goes to show, we really cant deliver good merchandise with good service at a price point that blue collar america can afford. Had some interaction with Jeep Cares, but i didn't take them up on any assistance. I just wanted to buy a vehicle I would enjoy, trust, not feel completely violated by the dealer, and hopefully never have to interact with any of them until my next new vehicle. Unfortunately it didn't completely pan out that way, but still no where near as bad as some of the horror stories on the Jeep Forums. 3 months into it, my Wrangler is doing great, have added some light mods and am really enjoying it. Good luck to all on their search and with the dealership they end up buying from.

2019 Dodge Ram bought in April 12,000 miles on it Tires...

2019 Dodge Ram bought in April 12,000 miles on it Tires are bald needs alignment. Took to four shops all said bad alignment not the tires . Scranton Dodge service is pathetic did nothing want to charge for tires absolutely ridiculous, there excuse new tires don’t last that long unbelievable.. I will never buy a truck there again and wouldn’t receive. Lost me as a customer.
