I took my recently purchased Durango in on two different occasions, once for a recall and once for an oil change. Both services were done in less than an hour and they were busy. Jessica is great!

I recently purchased the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 Limited from this dealership. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness extended towards me throughout the entire process. I mean, I know it's their job to be professional and kind, but these guys went way out of their way for me. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Santiago who literally jumped hoops and climbed mountains for me to make sure I got everything I wanted. He made himself available 24/7 by giving me his cell phone number and texting back and forth with me about the details of the sale so we can get it finalized. Phil is a kind, carrying and VERY patient person. He provided outstanding service and I can’t thank him enough for working extra hard for me. It’s hard to come by someone who has been doing their job for 20+ years and isn’t burnt out. Phil bring passion and energy to the job every day. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. I also worked with the manager, John, and Owner, Dave, both of whom are a class-act gentleman and the sale would have been impossible without their help. I highly recommend Phil and all of the team at Scranton Dodge. It was a very good car-buying experience and I already plan to get my next vehicle here. (Phil, I'm keeping your cell phone number! My lease was coming to an end so I went to Scranton Dodge to see what my options were for getting into another one. I spoke to Frank briefly and told him what kind of vehicle I was looking for and what my price range was and within 10 minutes he had the perfect jeep with the perfect picked out for me, color and all. Not more than a week ago, i walked into the dodge of scranton dealership and was introduced to a man by the name of phil. Knowing my credit was bad i had little hope i would be able to find something in my price range , let alone something i would be happy with. After a few minutes of relaying my situation to Mr. Santiago, he pointed me into the right direction. After all was said and done , after all the phone calls back and forth, after all the paperwork we had to do, i gotta say i couldnt be more grateful for how it all turned out.
