Not happy!!!!! Lied to again just to make a sale

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass trade it in a 2012 Nissan Rogue. The paperwork stated it comes with Bluetooth that did not come with Bluetooth I have to go back to have that placed in I had the car 3 days I had to take it back for an oil change then I had to take the car back again cuz the engine light came on they said it was an emission leak could have been the gas cap? I have to take it back again on the 25th of June to have a relay put in so it has Bluetooth I don't understand why they would stay that has Bluetooth and it does not then I keep telling him it's riding rough that when I get at a stop light put on the break that it rides rough they keep telling me no it doesn't. Phil said that he would take care of it I asked him please just because the sales over don't forget about me well they forgot I spoke to mr. Malarkey who is the CEO of Jeep he advised me to speak to them again and tell them I would rather have that white Compass they had their same time as they had this Compass because it is GPS and it has Bluetooth capability already installed they showed a picture of it so I ask Phil if we could just cuz I didn't even make a first payment yet I ask Phil if we can switch and he said let me talk to my manager because it would be no loss matter of fact it would be a game for them a $558 because they wouldn't have to pay to put the Bluetooth in here that was three days ago no 4 days ago note call from Phil no call from nobody so now I have to take my time and go back tell him it's still riding rough then tell them to put the Bluetooth in when they could just do this I still didn't make a payment my first payment is not due until July this is not the first issue I had with Jeep I'm just I'm just not happy I'm not happy what I recommend anybody now no I wouldn't!!

Perfect

My sales person (Fred) was very helpful and respectful. He knew exactly what he was talking about and he was very responsive and quick with messaging me and made me feel very comfortable with me buying my first car. Everyone at the dealership was amazing. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that’s looking for a great running car and a dealership that makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

Great People = Great Service

Outstanding

I recently bought a Jeep GC for my son through Scranton Dodge and dealt with Mike McConkey and his sales staff. It was his first car. I could not have chosen a better place to buy a vehicle. They were OUTSTANDING! Mike was incredibly accommodating as far as test driving the vehicle and picking it up. The staff was extremely courteous and professional in every aspect of the deal. They have an outstanding attitude and provide terrific customer service. I would highly recommend Scranton Dodge for your next vehicle purchase! They made it a great experience for myself and my son. Always the Best

Since I moved to PA, I have gone to Scranton Dodge for all of my vehicles (mine and my husband's). The team is always beyond accommodating. Mike and John are so helpful. Mike always has my best interest and makes sure I'm getting all of the things I'm looking for in a vehicle. The entire sales staff is very kind and you never feel like just another number to them. They care and they show it through the quick turn around and attention to detail. I highly recommend Scranton Dodge.

Would give Negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE!

This place had our Jeep a total of 4 times over the past 6 months and NEVER fixed it. They had the Jeep twice for 10 days. Never gave us a rental and we had to get one out of pocket at enterprise. They are horrible. Never fix anything. Check engine light kept coming on. They said it was fixed. Then days later it would come back on and shake. What a joke this place is. I’ll never buy another vehicle there again. Terrible terrible terrible. Nightmare place!!!!

Same speal every time. Failed promises. Poor business that’s being operated here. I’ll go to another dealer with my money. We had two separate vehicles at this garage. Each vehicle was never fixed. Poor poor way to operate business. We make a lot of money and will spend it somewhere else. Poor way you all do business. No pride in this area. Poor poor business.

Great service

Fantastic Service

I am from the Pittsburgh area and worked with Phil. Due to the distance, we spoke over the phone several times. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He spent time showing me a multitude of features in my Jeep. I highly recommend Phil, and Tom from finance. Fantastic service.

Does anyone know what they’re doing?

Brought my Jeep in three times for the same problem. $500 later, the problem still exists. Service consultant wasn’t very polite and asked if I wanted to bring it in again. Service department sucks!
