bought a 2020 ascent about a month ago, the radio wouldn't pick up the sirus, so I stopped in and ask what they could do for me. They squeezed me in that afternoon and looked at it. They had to order me a whole new radio, was replaced in less than a week,. Very accommadating . Was very pleased with their service department.

Blaise alexander subaru in montoursville, pa is far beyond great. I had two cars that i bought from two different dealers. I would say they are By far the greatest - from selection of the unit until purchase of the car. Their managers even guarantee to take care us even after purchasing the car (not unlike other dealers that doesnt have any more customer service post purchase). They gave us a fair deal. I guess their customer service made a good push for us to buy the car. Im happy with my purchase and their service. They even have a post purchase conference scheduled with us if we have queries after a week of using the car. Awesome!
