Fantastic no pressure sales team!!!!

Corey was my salesman. He sold my son a 2019 Dodge Ram used truck and I got a 2020 Subaru Forester Touring. He was extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. it was a total pleasant experience from start to finish.

Recall and oil change

Great service comfortable waiting area with plenty to drink and eat. Recall and service done in a timely manner. Fresh popcorn, everything explained very well.

Recall

Brought the Subaru in for the TKB20 air bag recall. Also asked for a oil change. They called and found a small issue, which I gave them the OK to repair. They gave me a loaner and I was on my way. Great service!

Factory recall

Excellent service! Picked my car up at my place of employment and returned before the end of my work day. Went in for factory recall, had an incident the day before and they were happy to take care of it while they had the car rather then making another appt. I was called twice to make sure we were on the same page with repairs. Couldn't ask for better service!

Fantastic Service

We needed service for 3 separate recalls that takes time. As we live 85 miles away, I called and made arrangements to drop off our Crosstrek on Monday evening. We got a Courtesy Car and went to our Hotel. My wife had an early morning Doctors appointment on Tuesday and when she was finished with that, we went and did our shopping. Tim Shaffer, our service Consultant, called us when the car was finished and we went and took care of the service invoice from items I had them do in addition to the recalls. As always, the service and commitment to us , as customers, was "Top Notch" and a pleasure for us. We are customers for life.

Shawn Fillman Service Manager is very knowable

I think the customer service is great and the mechanic's are great,Don't mind leaving car with them I know I am in good hands ,i do wish they would clean car or maybe ask if you want it done like my ford dealership

Dishonest .....they use bait cars ...illegal ... Attorney...

Dishonest .....they use bait cars ...illegal ... Attorney general of state needs to investigate... Called them to make sure car was available .... Drove 2 hours and advised them to call me if the car was sold ...they called once and said the car was available ... Arrived advised them of such and manager said the car was just sold..... This is illegal this was obviously a bait car ... I strongly suggest you avoid this dealership... Dishonest ..... AG needs to investigate..... ..
