Overall, my experience was not a good one. I had seen a new used car offered on their website one night and it was exactly what I was looking for. I had more than a three hour drive to get there so I sent a message that I would be there the next day to look at the car. I even called the next morning to confirm I was on the way. I do have to say in fairness that no one confirmed they would hold the car for me. Upon arriving, I found the car had already been sold. However, there was a somewhat similar car that just arrived that morning and had not yet been cleaned up. The car had about 15,000 more miles on it, but the price seemed in line with that aspect. They also knocked off $100 for not changing oil which would have been done if they had time. I was rushed through the paperwork because closing was fast approaching. I was never shown all the adds and credits in detail and in the rush didn't realize the total was more than it should have been. The electronic table top was used to sell warranty insurance and also financing and while most of the information was explained there was a lot of information to look at and I must have gotten some of the numbers wrong. They offered paint job insurance which I did not want and somehow they thought I said yes on it. Total waste of $1000 in my estimation. It was for 7 years but two years of just normal driving would have voided the warranty due to mileage. All in all I spent nearly $2,000 more than I wanted. I should have demanded to see the details before signing. I do not do well driving at night and wanted to leave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as they should be. The trade in was a 2000 car and all the new electronics in the 2020 model were new to me and there had been no time for a test drive or time to explain what was standard and what was add on. Got lost on the way back home due to road work and detour at a critical juncture and didn't realize I had a gps unit in the car, so I drove almost an extra 75 miles and 2 hours of driving. All in all, if you pay attention and demand all the details you may get a good deal there. Their pricing was within my calculated average gross profit margin for a dealership. That is why I drove that far in the first place.

First time buying a car at a dealership.
First time buying a car at a dealership. Worst experience ever first the transmission went they fixed it but also had engine problems it was not resolved. Took it back and the warranty co, refused to fixt it now I have a 40,000 $ pice of crap. I would not recommend them

Dealership is a beautiful facility but the Service
Dealership is a beautiful facility but the Service Department is the worst. They over-torqued the tire lug nuts on our 2016 Outback during a regularly scheduled oil change and tire rotation. This over-torqueing caused three lug studs to crack and eventually to snap off while my wife was driving on the interstate in Virginia. The remaining 2 lug nuts were finger tight on the remaining studs. The wobble in the wheel damaged the wheel bearing which needed to be replaced along with the rear hub. Luckily there was a garage within a mile of her location. The mechanic there confirmed a too much or too little torque issue and had to replace the rear wheel hub, lug nuts, and wheel bearing for a cost of $530. The Service Manager at Blaise Alexander Subaru would not admit to or even apologize for the damage done to the car. He even denied changing the oil and oil filter and rotating the tires even though it was documented on the invoice that he provided me from the day his crew performed the work. He then said I must have had the work performed somewhere else. I informed him our Subaru has never been in another garage besides Blaise Alexander Subaru from the day we bought it from them new 8 years ago. As a matter of fact all the vehicles we have purchased over the past 25 years have been from and serviced only by one of Blaise Alexander's dealerships. I guarantee you I will never step foot in the Blaise Alexander Subaru dealership in Muncy again. Blaise if you are reading this, you sir have major issues at your Subaru Service Department in Muncy. All I was looking for was an apology! Never got one.

The service manager responded via texts and phone calls and will not take any responsibility for damaging the lugs on our car and putting my wife in a possible life threatening situation. I am done dealing with Blaise Alexander Subaru because of the incompetent service work performed and the service manager's unwillingness to rectify the situation.
Just looking and go out with new!

This dealership was the worst car buying experience I...
This dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had...they lied about the vehicle being serviced...I had the car less than 36 hours and had to return it for a bad transmission, radiator and high pressure hoses. They kept my car for over a month with no communication as to what was happening. Had to call and text repeatedly to get answers. After getting the car back I had it for 24 hrs and ended up returning it again for other issues that were found. They kept the car another month and then after many attempts at getting answers they informed me they couldn't fix the car and were willing to buy it back from me since they had no other trade options on their lot. It was a horrible experience and I will never visit a Blaise Alexander dealership again! Buyers beware!!

Scheduled service with a phone call. Spoke directly to...
Scheduled service with a phone call. Spoke directly to service department, explained I needed car pickup at my home. The day came no pickup. Called service department at noon. Was told they didn’t have me scheduled to have car picked up. The next available appointment was in two weeks. Lucky it wasn’t an emergency. I am constantly being harassed to trade up to a new model. I don’t think so. Distance is to far to go for service. There are more local Subaru dealers when I want to upgrade.
