Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Very rude and disrespectful at the dealership! Not helpful and don’t explain anything to you. Disrespectful

The junk dealer screwed me

I bought a Town and Country van from them. It had new State inspection on it, so I thought it had to be ok. Wrong faulty brakes, struts, and tie rod. The engine light came on as soon as i left the parking lot. they promised me they would get me a second key, they didn't. I paid the $265.00 out of pocket for it. No I have to spend another $1600.00 to fix it so it's safe to be on the road. The Air conditioner doesn't work. total junk. Then I find that they sold it and it came back for the same problems, so they knew it was a lemon when they sold it to me. Flat out ripped me off.

Service and inspection visit

Staff was prompt and service was completed as requested. Due to COVID only drop off was available. Staff wore masks as required and were very professional and I was pleased with the experience.

Easy, simple, friendly and quick

Went looking for a new car due to not being to thrilled with my brand new car. They did everything they possibly could to help me out but due to other circumstances it wasn't possible then. I then decided to have my brand new Subaru I purchased elsewhere serviced by this dealer who at least was able to put my mind at ease and explain the normal function of components of my vehicle I was displeased with when the selling dealer basically told me to get over it after several visits. There was not an issue at all but explained in very good detail how and why it was doing it and why it was normal. Which after 6 months of complaining to the other dealer they couldn't do anything. Since my car was serviced there the entire initial complaint has since gone for the most part. I'm not sure that they did anything but I didn't pay for it Subaru did so I'll take it! They're ready to help they actually get on the phone they're friendly fast and most importantly listening when you speak. Best dealer I've ever been to in both the sales and service department and I'll definitely be going here in the next year or two and purchasing another new Subaru. Wish I would have done it the first time around!

it was a pleasure dealing with all the staff they are Very knowledgeable helpful and friendly and I definitely would recommend them to a friend this is my second Subaru from from Blaise Alexander

Routine Service

Excellent customer service and a speedy service for my vehicle. Thank you very much! The only thing I was a little surprised about was the WiFi password seemed not to work. Probably a fluke with my cellular phone!

Excellent Service Team

First time visit. Went for a major repair estimate. Brandon and colleagues treated me well. Estimate was much less than a competitor. Brandon followed up with me and worked with my situation. Very satisfied with this service team! I highly recommend! They won me over!

Hip, hip, hooray to tuned-in service managers!

I went in thinking that it simply meant turning off a computer alert. Instead, my Forester needed a new alternator. Luckily, my service manager keeps up with all alerts, recalls, etc. Brandon found where a recall had been made on my model's alternator, saving me over $500! As I am on a fixed income (retired), his diligence is greatly appreciated!

Superb Customer Service

I will only have my car serviced here. The staff always go above and beyond. Everyone there is always professional and friendly. This time I had my car serviced Tim took excellent care of my issues. I have NEVER had a bad experience when having my car serviced with them.

Had it for less that a week but all good so far!

Head room is great. I really like the moon roof. The cameras are helpful for blind spots and backing up. I love the color and design. Figuring out all the features is fairly easy. I have always loved a Subaru's handling in the winter, I feel safe driving it!
