I had been searching for an affordable Subaru for the

I had been searching for an affordable Subaru for the past 6 months. Unlike the dealerships in Lycoming county, W&L Subaru has the best prices and selection. I was actually looking for a Blue Subaru Impreza that I saw on line. That car was sold 2 days before I arrived at the dealership.Salesman, Mr. Dale Long , found meat comparable car, Red in color. I test drove, and liked the way it handled, along with Great Gas mileage, it didn't take much to fall in love with the car. There was never a time when I felt pressured to buy( unlike dealerships that monopolize Lycoming County) . Mr. Dale Long greeted me at the front door, introduced me to service staff, along with office staff. It was like being accepted into a kind family. All of my questions were answered, along with Dale going over many new features on the car that I was unfamiliar with. I would recommend W&L Subaru to anyone who is looking for a dependable long life car. Nick was very friendly and helpful a year ago when my daughter bought her car and very nice to work with. Made everything easy and simple this time when she had the car in for service I went with her. Turned out bought a 2023 outback while we were waiting, very nice car.

Kyle and service department represent Subaru well and are great at their jobs. They are concerned about the customer. I was not impressed with the group of people in the front corner of the sales floor. It seemed that I was bothering them when I asked to have my car evaluated. I almost went to Fullerton in Mechanicsburg. As to finance, I don’t think he was understanding what he was saying when discussing the warranty as it sounded like we should not buy the car with all of the repairs it would need. As to the delivery person, he was excellent and knew the new car as well as the old one’s features. Lastly, you need more space for customer parking. You need to reconfigure the sales parking area. With so many cars all over the place, it gives an appearance of clutter and disorganization. As a customer, it does not give you a welcoming feeling when you can’t find parking and scared to drive thru the clutter.
