Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, no hard sales pitch, easy, prompt communication. Customer service is a huge deal to me. I considered purchasing within a hundred mile range and after a couple of temps of seeing vehicles that were supposed to be available that weren't, it sold me on everything that W and L had to offer, the vehicle, the sales staff, the service. This is our second vehicle from w&l and it won't be our last.

Brand new car with multiple issues. Has been at the service center multiple times for 2 weeks at a time. Communication was not great with service advisor. Appreciate loaner car
