First, we had a great experience buying our car.

First, we had a great experience buying our car. W and L had a large selection of cars to choose from. Abraham was wonderful explaining everything allowing us time to discuss on our own and answering any questions we had he is probably why we ended up buying our car we only came ‘looking’ to see what was available, and Abraham gave us space to look, he is truly a good addition to your team. We were impressed with the dealership and the cleanliness and the seating area in the service area also. We would definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family.

Great experience and great dealership! The first time I've taken my car there to be serviced and it couldn't have been better. Staff was friendly and timely.

wonderful people, perfect services done on my car the people at the desk were always kind and helpful, the service to my car was done quickly, you cannot even tell that i had to have it repaired

Had my car over 5 days from collision center .

Had my car over 5 days from collision center .. messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. When in fact it wasnt.. then Keayon called me said it was finished and I had to pay my deductible so they could send car back to w & l collision .. I pd it ..I left work tp go get car and return rental .. drove 90 min and car wasn't at collision .. Keayon said car was still being worked on and would be done by end of day .. he lied earlier in the day .. I missed work .. and I had to pay an extra 2 days on my rental .. this is unacceptable.. and I want to know how I will be compensated for it . Unhappy customer.. w & l collision called me every day to inform me what was going on ..they went above and beyond can't say the same for service center and esp ..Keayon.. Signed.. unhappy Scott Rhody

I felt comfortable from the first time there.

I felt comfortable from the first time there. Dealership is clean and well lit. Most people were friendly and welcoming. I found parking somewhere, somewhat a challenge, but not a deal breaker of course.
