I have purchased quite a few cars in my life and have never had a better experience than with DeFouw BMW. From the moment we arrived, working with Ben, to having Grant the owner walk out and thank us for our business. They also offered to deliver the car to Chicago without my asking. DeFouw Chevrolet in Lafayette it's a great place to start your car shopping experience! I live in NW Indy area and at the beginning of the year I started my search for our next car, looking for an used Chevy Equinox. I bought it a month ago from Defouw Chevy. So, I'm writing this review not under the euphoria of a new car purchase, but after the things settle down and I used the car for the past month. After a week of internet research I started to contact different dealerships. Even from this point the experience was great with DeFouw: they answered my questions and even they invited me to come and see their cars they didn't try to pressure or lure me in. After we checked several dealerships in Indianapolis area, we decided to go and check some in Lafayette. We visited some and in the end we went to DeFouw Chevy. We really liked what we found here: great services provided in timely manner, the salespeople didn't try to sell their cars telling us untrue stories, but most important we liked the cars. Comparing them to what we found in other places these cars looked and feel great and they had competitive prices. The car we bought I also took it to a car shop in my hometown to be inspected, after I bought it, and they said the same thing: the car was in a great shape. We visited the dealership two times until we agreed on a car, and we worked in our negotiations for the car with several sales agents and their manager and all of them did an awesome job. After I bought the car I talked with a friend of mine that lived in Lafayette area ten or fifteen years ago and he said he used to buy cars from them, too, because of their great services and quality of the cars. It seems over the years they managed to keep their high standards in a very competitive business. So, I think you won't go wrong if you'll start your car search with them!

We came for service on our vehicle & ended up purchasing a new vehicle! We knew our next vehicle would be bought from Pam Strain!

We just got our Equinox this past Tuesday. Not only does it have almost everything we were looking for in a car but the price was below market value AND they gave us a fantastic trade-in value for our past Jeep. The process was long as we decided whether going with a new car on lot, a custom-built one from the factory or going used, but Chad Troxell was helpful every step of the way with every choice we we're looking for. He even came in on his day off to help us seal the deal so we didn't have to wait longer. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Letting go of my 2008 Saturn Vue was not something I was looking forward to. She and I had been through an awful lot in her 169k miles but let me tell you, Pam Strain made the WHOLE process as painless and way more enjoyable than I thought ever possible. She was more than personable, she was more than patient and so very kind. She listened to what I wanted and most importantly what I DID NOT want and never once pushed anything on me that wasn't within my budget. I'm so very happy with my Jeep. Thanks to Ronald Pierce I got a good trade in price and a 2015 Silverado 4x4 loaded. He was pleasant and not pushy and patient with Me even though it was 7 degrees outside.

My experience was excellent. When I called initially to see if the vehicle was still in stock, I was set up with Dennis Romack who made the entire process very easy and relaxing. I forgot to call to confirm I was visiting but he called back and checked in, and proceeded to have the car ready as soon as I arrived, waiting outside for me. He was completely honest throughout the entire buying process and very patient despite having to stay until nearly 10:00 to finish the deal. I bought a gently used Nissan Versa for relatively cheap compared to the BMWs and Chevys that they sell but I never felt like my business was any less valuable. Overall, I'm very very satisfied.
