I am giving the five stars only for my experience with the buying process. Noel Evans was the sales person I worked with. His professionalism is exemplary. He is very helpful and respectful towards his customers. He is actually one of the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. And I want to recognise that. As for the dealership, I had bought a used car that started having issues after few months, unfortunately. I do understand that this may happen with used cars. And I dont know if the dealership could have diagnosed and fixed those defects in their shop before selling. My only suggestion to the dealership is to be a little bit more mindful with used cars.

My wife's SUV was totaled in an accident and we needed a new one fast. After doing all my shopping online, I found the perfect upgrade at DeFouw. We spoke with Matt Ellis and it sealed the deal. He answered all my questions and did everything he could to make this quick and easy. Loyd Howard showed us the vehicle and took care of us around the shop, all great people. We will be repeat customers.
