When I was looking at my Ford F-150, I was introduced to Dennis Romac. He answered all my questions and was very polite and courteous. No high pressure at all. He worked with his boss and got me the best price he could for my trade in. And after we made the deal he made sure anything that we had concerns with was taken care of. He has a great attitude and really seems to enjoy what he does. to me the extra care that he gives to his customers is above and beyond what is asked of him.
