Great customer service

Noel Evens found me the perfect vehicle. He was patient and very helpful. I was so happy with my Traverse and with Noel that my husband and I purchased a truck from him a few months later. Best customer service around.

When I was looking at my Ford F-150, I was introduced to Dennis Romac. He answered all my questions and was very polite and courteous. No high pressure at all. He worked with his boss and got me the best price he could for my trade in. And after we made the deal he made sure anything that we had concerns with was taken care of. Next time I will go back and see him again. Bill DeFouw was great buying experience for us at a large car lot. Thanks for all you have done.

Noel's Customer Service is top notch

Noel Evans was great to work with. I contacted him looking for a new truck and he went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted. I drove a brand new 2020 Silverado off the lot just a few days after I first talked to Noel. The whole process was quick and very easy!

He has a great attitude and really seems to enjoy what he does. to me the extra care that he gives to his customers is above and beyond what is asked of him. (after washing my truck, he takes the time to dry it as well) I enjoyed and will continue to work with Noel in the future.

Exceeded all expectations

I really enjoyed my experience at Defouw’s and the willingness to help to find the vehicle I wanted.
