Mr. Gilbert Vasquez is the gentleman that took care of us at customer service. Very professional and attentive. On the other hand, I?m very disappointed with BMW vehicle. It is rediculously expensive..

I had to bring my car in because of a brake system error.

I had to bring my car in because of a brake system error. They said just bring it in, no appointment necessary. I brought it in and I got a loaner night away. Fixed the issue after a few days.

They were able to work on my car in just 2 days since I

They were able to work on my car in just 2 days since I was visiting and crunched for time. And was able to drive it back home 295 miles without any issue. So far so good.

Paid almost $400 for a key fob and it isn’t programmed to

Paid almost $400 for a key fob and it isn’t programmed to work on my car. Live an hour and a half away and now gotta find time to get this corrected. Not happy to say the least!

Good Morning Mr. Smith, We are truly sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve encountered with your key fob. I see you mentioned working with me, and this is the first I’m hearing about the issue. I also noticed you called to inform our team of the issues last night after we had closed, around 8pm. John will be reaching out to you today to help walk you through the setup process. In some cases, it can take a little time to sync the key properly. A helpful tip is to hold the new key up to the steering column (without the second key in the vehicle) and repeatedly press the start/stop button until the vehicle recognizes the new fob. Worked directly with Shawn. Awesome guy. Very professional and understanding. The process of getting a loaner was super easy. One was waiting on me. Took my car in because the AC was not working properly. Let me tell you , it?s working like brand new!! Totally satisfied.
