Got a reminder for my car service on a timely basis.I called the service associate and got a schedule for the next day. The service associate organized a car loaner for the time the car was serviced.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Thanks to sales team Pete Hinkel and Yemen Shalabi the process was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. Yemen provided me with a fun sales experience. He understood what I was looking for and worked with me to make it happen. They didn’t play with numbers. This place was easy to work with to get a deal and were very quick and professional. Moving on to the finance department was just as easy Brad Lilley was incredible and has a great personality. Great explanations, no pressure upgrades. Pete followed up by walking me through all the features and options. Even offered to take my picture with my new vehicle. He was patient and attentive. Thanks to the entire team I couldn’t be happier with my new X1 vehicle.

This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had and that is saying a LOT considering I’ve purchased 7 cars from Principle over the years. When purchasing a “luxury brand” there are certain expectations for customer service and Principle BMW completely missed the mark this time. From sales, finance, all the way to sales manager level, not one person followed through on what they said they would do. Unacceptable when the vehicle in question has a price tag of nearly 6 figures. I love my car but I will NOT be returning to Principle for any future sales. They think they’re the only game in town, but it’s not that far to Austin and worth the time for better customer service.
