This is my THIRD car from BMW of San Antonio.

This is my THIRD car from BMW of San Antonio. I don’t even live in San Antonio, I live in North Austin. Why do I work with them and drive almost 2hrs in traffic? Trust. Confidence. Excellent customer service. Great selection of cars. Fair prices. That’s why. Makes it easy when you work with people who listen and understand your needs and not only meet; but, exceed them. Going to sound ridiculous; but, the part I hate the most about buying a car is the finance negotiations. Always a runaround at other dealerships. Never with BMW of SA. They make it painless (assuming you have your credit/finances in order). My sales rep has been there for 11yrs. He’s staying for a reason; therefore, I’ll keep buying from him as long as I can. You won’t be disappointed. 10/10.

I usually worked with Holly. This time I worked with Alexandria Harbeck from the beginning until the end. Everything is great and she has a great communication and follow up. The only thing ai wish is get a free replacement for my Mini?stank knob to fill up the gas because it was broken. My car is still about one year old and the piece was broken with no fault of mine. Other than that, everyone from the person who took my call to make an appointment for oil change is wonderful. I was on my way to Austin when I saw the notification for oil change on my dashboard. She placed my car loaner request and offered Uber as well. The video from the technician really helps as usual, Everyone was very helpful and efficient. All understand my busy schedule and worked their best to help me. As a loyal customer of both Mini and BMW, I am grateful to choose your dealership. The service is excellent.
