I took my 2013 Toyota Highlander to get my front end alignment checked and Adam the Service Associate explained that the front right passenger side needs adjustment. Adam aligned my Highlander and also gave a a 10% Military Discount and in addition explained that my front and rear brake pads are at 3mm of thickness and that they need to be replaced. Adam was very professional and courteous. Adam is a valuable asset to Toyota of Louisville.
