John Carborne, one of the Service Managers is excellent!!! I trust his knowledge of my Prius and how to maintain it to run properly!!! I never have to worry that the service department will suggest maintenance and or repairs not needed. Glen Harder, the gentleman who sold me my car continues to keep in touch to see how I am and how the Prius is running. Anytime I take the car in for an oil change he’s there to great me with a smile and god conversation. I appreciate their integrity, honesty, and wisdom about cars. My mom was in the market for anew Toyota Camry and happened to get matched with Tim as her salesperson. He listened to what she was looking for and determined the best model based on her needs. He was able to locate the car and have it in Louisville within the week and there were no surprises when we got there to finalize the sale. He was very patient with her while explaining the new features and getting her set up with the Toyota app and cell phone features. We also worked with Bob on the finance side who was equally as pleasant to work with. Overall so impressed with the entire experience and level of customer service we were given! I'm a Jeep driver but next time I might be swayed toward a Toyota :)
