Making car buing easy peasy

We had a good experience today at your dealership we brought two cars in and left with one great car with the same payment we started with super happy .

They obviously aren't worried about making a sale.

My husband contacted them about a car and when they called we missed the call by seconds. I called back and the nice receptionist, after asking a couple questions, said she thought maybe a manager called us. She transfered me and the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly rude. He informed me it could have been one of 30 ppl who called after he asked if we were trying to buy a car and I said yes and explained I was only speaking to him because he was who she suggested and transferred me to. He said if I had bothered to know the name of who my husband Contacted, he could direct my call and then I said don't worry, nevermind, he said fine and hung up on me. We will be taking our business to Honda of Murfreesboro for our Honda purchase.

a bunch of sorry lieing Dealership Reps

Do not even think about visiting this bunch of good for nothing Sales and Management Honda Dealers at Cookeville Honda.... especially one.. Jacob Smith (a real loser that ought be put out on the street).. they will lie to you and falsify Car Fax and Odometer readings and fix Pictures of the Autos... This is the worst Dealership I have ever had dealing with and have contacted Honda USA and BBB to alert them.. I plan to open legal action.. since I did record all of their conversations prior to a possible trade.. that proved to be a lying scheme to get myseof to the Dealership with no proof of validity at their end. Honda USA assure me that they will investigate face to face and report back.

It was difficult for myself to even understand how this was a Honda Dealership by the in-professional greetings and discussions that existed during just a stop by to see what was available... I moved on and went to Dalton Ga.. much different there... thank you for your post...

Very disappointing

I will never trust leasing or purchasing from Honda again. My experience was one of being promised a GPS system which it turns out is not available for the car we leased. That falls on the salesperson's responsibility to know. Instead of owning up to his mistake, our alternative was to pay an additional $2500.00, exchange our vehicle in for the same make and model that had a navigation already installed (plus a different color, not of our choosing) plus a higher monthly payment. The salesman acted as if he was the victim in all of this. Our salesman made a commitment that neither he nor the Cookeville Dealership would honor..We've been customers of Honda and Acura for many years.. This experience marks an end to that relationship.

Great attentive positive and fast service!

They were determined to find the car I wanted, determined to sell so much so L. Rey jumped in the trunk and closed it and got himself out to show child safety feature...hilarious! They were very informative, safety was a focus. Mack made the buying process painless and quick and gave me a great deal! L. Rey went above and beyond helping us to get our cars home, and took the time to help me set up my cell phone and all other accessories to my liking! I score 15 out of 10! Thank you so much!

Horrible

I wouldn't recommend Cookeville Honda to anyone! My mother and I got a 2007 Toyota Camry. We traded in a SUV and 300 dollars cash. We got a xxxxty deal on our car!

Unhappy with oil change service

Seems as thou i live in sparta having a simple oil change is convenient going to our local walmart. Till i got a coupon for a oil change for $19.99. @ The dealers and i was working in one of my locations in cookeville i thought wow what a deal. So i called an made a appointment when i pulled up my car was first in line by the bay window handed them the coupon and they sent me to the waiting area 2 1/2 hours later i go to the counter to see what the hold up is the lady at the desk was a complete xxx to me i asked a question her response was thats not my job and called someone and Within a few min's here comes the service manager, asks me follow him i did He explains there will be no cost , why is because never should a oil change take this long thanked him and left, Then after the first week 1/2 my oil life tells me im down from 100% to 90 % and now its at 80 % and its only been as of yesterday 900 miles which Back to where it has always been changed at walmart in sparta The little sticker in the window clearly tells you what oil to put in it and i only use (castrol oil) in my Honda accord why because i can go 1,000 miles with it befor the oil life goes from 100% to 90% and this is why I DO NOT use Pennzoil its JUNK and burns much faster then its competitors and the sticker in my window said (Castrol) clearly they noticed since it was removed by them and replaced with theres with oil brand wieght numbers ive never seen on my sticker So now im wondering during all this WHY my car is super sluggish? The folks at cookeville Honda made a mistake and the free oil change, Well guess what not free now my only choice is to remove there mistake they forgot to tell me about and YES oil matters folks So there went ME and Hubs trading our Honda Accord for a newer one if yall cant do a simple follow the directions in the window sticker what makes you think i want to buy a car from you now ? Dont worry thou Honda Cookeville my Buddys at walmart in Sparta will fix your mistake NEVER again a very unhappy Customer...

Very good experience.

All went very smoothly with our purchase and also with the repairs we had done. Thanks to Mack and Zac for their help. We really like the van. Just what we needed.
