Great experience- car and now a truck

We bought a Honda CRV in 2014 and really liked it but decided to trade for a 2017 Ridgeline truck. This dealership has been a pleasure to work with, like the service department. Really liked working with Dillon to buy the truck-NO pressure, felt like he dealt honestly with us, he knew the vehicles, was gracioius and they worked hard to get exactly the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend this dealership and Hondas. We've been Toyota loyalists but the RAV 4 didn't compare to the CRV so we went back to Honda when we wanted a truck and wow is the Ridgeline great. Thanks, Dillon! I would recommend getting an appointment though. They were swamped when we were there and the wait was VERY long. So, call ahead and reserve time.

New Car Experience

On our way on vacation to Tennessee our a/c went in our 2013 Honda Odyssey (33,000miles). We decided to take it in for service and found out that the repair was going to be much greater than anticipated. We spoke to the Service Director and expressed our displeasure of the expense to fix the issue for a vehicle that was only 3 years old. We explained our situation and our options. We are now walking out the door with a brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring. Our buying experience was stress free. We have to say the best buying experience for us yet. Houston was very personable, just easy to work with. We will most definitely come back from Florida to buy a vehicle in the future.

Awesome customer service!

With my mother-in -law's car broken down on the side of interstate near Cookeville and me in Nashville, I googled Honda Dealer in Cookeville. From the first contact on the telephone, the service department was awesome. They exhibited superior customer service every step of the way from arranging a tow truck, bringing my family members to the dealership out of the 100 degree heat, finding the parts and completing the repair in what I consider record time. I would recommend their service department to anyone. They truly know what customer service is all about!

A not so good buying experience.

Came to a price agreement on a vehicle on their used lot by Marathon gas station and they did not honor it. I was charged 3000.00 more than the price WE (salesman and myself) agreed on. Went back to find out why and it was no help either. I would NOT do business with these people.

2016 Honda Accord

We just traded our 2016 Honda odyssey in on a 2016 Honda accord sport. Our salesman was Houston and the entire experience was great. We have bought a lot of vehicles from Cookeville Honda and will continue to purchase from there.
