Outstanding customer care
Hailey Smelcer was great to work with in our search for a used vehicle. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Cookville Honda, she communicated with us on a regular basis making suggestions for possible vehicles. Hailey responded promptly to our text messages and just had an overall care and concern for what we were looking for in a vehicle for our daughter's first car.

I walked in with a lower credit score got financed with a low apr bc I had previously done business with Honda and fell in a category of good standing with them for a new hrv thing is awesome ride awd with almost every option that Johnny Thomas the man to see the whole team was nice and it was hassle free I highly recommend this dealership they do treat you right

Outstanding customer care
My experience at Cookeville Honda was excellent. We bought a used 2020 Honda CR-V. The process was smooth and enjoyable. Our sales rep Dan Threet was amazing. The car we bought had a small dent. He promised it would get fixed, and he followed through, including having the car delivered to our house when the repair was done. We couldn't even find where the dent was. This kind of service is hard to find and we recommend Cookeville Honda without reservation. We will certainly be back.

Fabulous service
I went to Honda to see about trading in my car and Dan was so great, he showed a few cars and helped me pick out the perfect one. The best part was he didn’t pressure me in to buy a car. If your looking for a new or used car Honda of Cookeville is the place. Thanks Dan Threet

Fantastic Experience, Best Sales Person
Too bad there weren't 6 stars!!!...Dan Threet took care of the experience from the start as someone who truly cares about how the customer perceives the whole dealership...If not the whole vehicle brand! He worked with me via email for at least 2-3 weeks before I could arrange a visit (85 miles away). He picked up that I was trying my best to be pragmatic about the choices I was looking for and offered about 5 CR-V choices off the bat to narrow down to the right car quicky. He was NEVER pushy and really spent a lot of time on the whole visit...Then I came to find out he was actually working on his day off! Who does that?! Someone who loves his job, truly. We actually ended up in a car we didn't think we could afford, originally, and are absolutely loving the driving experience!!! These guys really do go above and beyond for the customer's benefit! Can't forget to mention that Braedon also made the financing part of the experience about as easy as anyone could make it! How many times has anyone had a great deal done with an exceptional salesperson then it got soured a bit at the end with hidden fees and pushy parts of fine print... Well, not this time: He actually had the same "above and beyond" approach to his part! To top it off, they actually had a bow for the car!! That definitely sealed the deal 😁👍 The extra miles to come check out some good cars was more than worth the effort and that could only have been done by an exceptional team! Glad we did--We were blessed in our experience!

false advertising
These guys advertised a car at 37,950 2 weeks ago. I called on it and they said the price was wrong, it's actually $3000 more. So I asked them why does your website show that price?? Here we are, 2 weeks later, and they've still got the same 37,950 price on the same car. These guys are sleazy. Quit wasting people's time.
