The only guy in the service department I would recommend is josh. While the rest of them try, they really don't know what they're doing. Had a rather disappointing experience with them yesterday and had to do one of the steps I asked for myself when I got home.

This is the second Honda I have bought. I came in to get an oil change and decided to see if there was anything else I would be interested in. Jerry Myers immediately knew what car to show me and 5 mins after I test drove it I was approved and put the door!
