Matthew was incredibly kind and helpful when I went to get an oil change. It was raining heavily, and he was a gentleman by pulling my car in ensuring I did not get drenched. Those are the little things that I appreciate.

The dealership was very prompt in their scheduling of maintenance for my vehicle and very friendly people. Even when we purchased the vehicle, everyone was very courteous and very prompt and what their part of the job was to close the paperwork on the vehicle, so we’re impressed with the overall view of Cookeville Honda.
