This is a nice dealership but I wish Honda had “at least” a service facility in Crossville. Cookeville is a 45 minute drive for me from Fairfield Glade. Having a service bay for Hondas at one of the other Victory Automotive dealerships in Crossville would be appreciated.

Decent service for the car, but I have a 2.5 yr old, and there were several times in the 3 hrs that we were there, that he could have gotten hurt at their establishment had I not been chasing him. They could plan for families with small children and make a room with a door that parents can contain and protect their children easier.
