Not exactly safe right now inside during a pandemic. Lots of unsafe practices: no social distancing at checkout, masks not a requirement, & no updated way to check out & review services online or app. Also wish there was an area outside that might have some space heaters and seating while waiting for your car if people inside refuse to wear masks. It stinks because the work quality is excellent.

The staff is very friendly, the waiting area is clean and inviting, and the technicians are excellent. Highly recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro.

great service once I got there , The big problem was getting the appointment , I called at least 3 times , no body returned my calls , went on the web sight and the chat room , explained my problem , she promisted to get back to me the next day , I gave her my phone number and e-mail address , no one got back . Called my salesman and asked if the service dept was no longer ? he had some one call right away

Do not buy the service plan , whatever you do!!! We bought our 4 runner here 3 years ago and made the mistake of purchasing the extended service plan. This plan is basically a oil change every three trips you take your car in. The other two visits are them trying to sell you parts. Every time. We recently purchased a set of tires ( I know dumb move , but it was already there on a “service visit”) After spending 700$ on the tires we returned on our next visit to find the car (at about 60k) needed an alignment. Needless to say I was peeved that a new set of tires didn’t include at least one alignment when purchasing tires from THEM . So I called the sales manager , service manager , parts manager and finally the owner . Upon speaking with him he assured me they didn’t upsell or partake in crooked practices, fine . We had the alignment done and are nearly out of the “service plan” , well we went in yesterday (5000 miles after the alignment) and they tell us we need another alignment. This 4 runner is my wife’s and has never seen mud , dirt or off road, it runs highway 231 every day , a 20 mile round trip , 5 days a week , yet somehow there is always something that needs repair, according to the dealer. We were also told we need a transmission flush, a brake line flush ( yeah I know) and a new battery on this visit. Needless to say , WE ARE DONE. We won’t be bothering to return for the final two pre paid oil changes as this dealership is toxic. You will wait at nauseam for your car to be serviced , expect at least 2 hours , minimum. Trying to reach someone? Good luck , it took anger, profanity and multiple calls and voice mail to ever get a reply. In short Toyota is great , I plan on buying another , but I would never give this dealer my business. As soon as you are in “the plan” they no longer care , so at the very least avoid their “plan “ it’s a horrible trap/scam , go get your oil change elsewhere, I implore you . SAVE YOUR MONEY, SANITY AND TIME ,AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS !!!!

No mam I’m pretty sure I spoke to you on the phone , so you have all my information already. Dont come here for online lip service , it’s a joke. You had multiple chances to do right by me, so please don’t come here and pretend to be concerned.Now that I have lost patience and made my distain public , you care. Everyone take note that this is a vailed attempt to save face on a online review.
Mr. Roberts, please don't mistake or write off my concern for any our customer issues as lip service. I don't recall speaking with you myself and based on your online username I cannot find record of your vehicle. With that being said if you would provide me with the courtesy that you have afforded the service managers so I can look into this it would be appreciated. At the end of the day with over 1,000 service customers per week customer service is an absolute priority and if I'm not permitted to help out of frustration then we are no closer to a resolution.
Jason Roberts , Toyota 4 Runner , and that’s the problem , 1,000 service visits a week leads to poor service and customer care. I have spoken to your OWNER at length , so therefore I can’t imagine he or I did not speak to or leave a voicemail for you. Like I said, I’m over it , your dealership and service department are so horrible I’m willing to forfeit the final oil changes just to avoid it, not Toyota. As I stated to your OWNER I’m in the market for a land cruiser , but after your last “service” I’ll drive to another part of the state to purchase and maintain that vehicle. That should speak volumes about your service department and dealership.
