Great dealer ship,good used cars and salesmen hassle free buying and willing to work with the customer, Dave Miller was my salesmen and he was the best with my transaction he even came to my house to pick me up when I had no way to get to the dealer when my car was ready to be pickup .for good deals on cars. I highly recommend them and the sales people are great.

My family has been buying cars from this dealership for about 18 years now. Any time we had a question, comment or concern they were right there for us. I even remember getting ready to go school shopping with my mom and sister and she got a flat tire right inbetween sidney and bainbridge. Not knowing who to call we called Butlers. They came, switched the tire, brought it back to the dealership and gave us a rental for the day while the fixed the tire! I have countless times when I had a problem/question with one of the cars and would just stop in to just see what was wrong. They would come right out and help me and even make an appointment for the next day! So of course when it came to my time to buy a car, I went straight to them. I walked right in and went straight to Mark and said "I need a car!" I told him what I was looking for and what I needed in a car and off he went! Althought it took a little time, he was with me every step of the way! He would call me and keep me in the loop with everything that was going on and anything that he found. This was my first car and they all made this experience awesome. Never once was I stressed or concerned! I highly recommend this dealership for all car buying/service experiences!! You wont be dissapointed.

We have bought several cars in the past from Butlers and we have always had an excellent experience!!! When we came in to Purchase our recent car from them we were looking around the lot at different ones my main goal with my purchase was to find something that was going to be good on gas I live in Bainbridge and I drive to Norwich for my job. We had a very honest sales person who pointed out this Honda to us and told us this was the best car to buy if we wanted a car that would get the best mileage on gas and Boy was he right! I fill this car once a week and the full tank last me for a whole week I am so impressed with this car it?s a good car in all different reasons. He also pointed out many extra safety features , all for our safety. That really made me feel that Butler Auto Sales cares about their customers safety and their families. What an awesome feeling to have about someone when you are buying something and feel that the person that is selling it to you cares about every aspect of what you are buying!

I recently had the extraordinary experience of buying a used car at Butler Auto Sales in Sidney, NY. They negotiated a great price and promised me the moon. THEY DELIVERED !! I bought a great certifed used car at an excellent price. The car was gone thru front to back, top to bottom. All repairs were made free of charge before the sale. They were experienced professionals who followed through on every aspect of what was negotiated with zero hassles of any sort. The salesman, the service department, the front desk and the OWNER all personally made me feel welcome and assured. My only regret is that i had not shopped with them sooner.

From start to finish, the service was excellent. Mark Bryden went out of his way to accommodate me. The entire process was a pleasure! Would gladly recommend him to friends and family.
