Butler Auto is a friendly and trustworthy place. All the cars I've boughten from them have lasted 7 plus years. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a used car.

I was looking for a AWD Car that was as new as I could afford. Butler was highly recommended by my father who has purchased 3 cars from them in the past. After looking online Butler seemed to have the most to chose from. I stopped in expecting to visit 3 other dealers that day. Butler had the car I liked the most when looking online. I wasn't sure I could afford it but they helped me figer out my payments and worked with me on the price. I left with the car I wanted the most at the monthly payment I wanted to try and stay at. Every one was very nice and helpful. My salesman Mark Bryden was very polite and helpful. He helped me get the car I wanted. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone went out of the way to make me feel welcome as a valuable customer. Best dealership experience so far. They go over there cars before they sell them so no rude surprises as cars I have purchased from other dealers in the past. These have actually happed to me from previous dealers in the past. 1- no car jack in car when I got my first flat, 2- got home and found the e-break was broken. needed 500$ cable. 3- exhaust heat shield fell of 2 miles from dealer. No unpleasant surprises this time. Butler will be the first place I look for my next preowned car or truck.

Finding the right car for my son has been a long process for me. Mike Butler and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were all so friendly and willing to work with me and help me find an affordable vehicle. I totally trusted them to be honest and offer me good advice. I spent time looking at a few different cars with Tyler. He did an excellent job of explaining everything they had to offer. I was even offered an extended test drive to really solidify my decision. The buying process with Kevin was very easy! Mike and the entire staff have always done a superb job with cars I've bought there before and I will continue to go back. I would recommend them for sales and service needs.

Dave Miller understood immediately what I needed. I have been in communication with many dealers during the last year and he is the first person who made me feel extremely comfortable. He listens. He hears. He knows. He has YOUR best interest in mind rather than his own, which means it comes right back to him! At no point did I feel that he was trying to persuade, convince or cajole me into anything. I trusted him right away. He took great care of me, preparing the car for my trip and making sure I had it in time. I feel like there is someone out there looking out for me. What a great experience. I feel confident recommending him to anyone.
