Kevin and Bill really came through for me, I needed a cosigner for the car loan but the cosigner was up in Rochester and unable to come down. They put in the extra work to make it happen. I am loving my new used car, and it great to have found people I can rely on.

I just bought a 2008 Nissan Rogue. I am so in love with this car!!!!!! Kevin Jones my salesman was a pleasure to work with, Professional, courteous, and helpful. My only issue, which is no reflection of Kevin, I feel that when purchasing a new vehicle, it should go to the buyer with a full tank of gas.

Like many car buyers today, we shopped for our car on-line. The Butler Auto Sales website was easy to navigate through and each car had a printable brochure with all of its important facts and features. This made viewing their large inventory quick and easy. Once we found the car we were interested in, we electronically submitted a request for a test drive. We were quickly and courteously contacted by Dave Miller who arranged a viewing and test drive of the vechicle at our convenience. Dave had the vehicle ready at the arranged time and allowed us plenty of time to go over the vehicle and drive it. As we proceded with the purchase, he was very kind and patient and answered all of our questions clearly and accurately. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, and in less than 90 minutes we purchased the vehicle and joined the growing list of satisfied customers at Butler Auto Sales. I originally had bought a car through Butler and they were very understanding on how I had just totaled my car and gave me a good deal on a new(used) Hyundai Elantra. I just went back and was looking at a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and was wondering how trade ins worked and the Butler team let me test drive the Elantra and sat me down and explained to me the entire process. I just got back from bringing my car home and I love my car and the process was painless to bring it home. They got the car ready in one day and I am just thrilled. I will continue to do all of my vehicle business through Butler.

I was just beginning my search for a trade in (literally my 1st day going to dealerships), 1st went next door, test drove 3 vehicles, left there, came to Butlers, was looking to test drive a specific car... Dave Miller went above and beyond to say, you can test drive any car you want, but given the year & mileage, against what I already had, I wasn't getting anywhere on trade in. He offered to take me in his office, there, he really listened to what I was looking for, what I needed in a vehicle, what type of driver I am, and then pulled up all inventory and chose a vehicle he felt would not only suit my needs the most, but be the best bang for my buck! Then when in approval process, he took the time to compare loan institutions to get me the best deal around! So impressed! Made what could have been a long drawn out process a short & satisfying one!!! Will definitely recommend him & Butler's to everyone we know!!!

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. It was nice to shop for a car without all the pressure. For that matter, all of the sales people were great. Even while we were there, the other salesmen would greet us and were very friendly. It was a nice place to shop. Mr. Butler, the owner even stopped to chat and make sure we were getting everything we needed.
