We were in Sacramento on a brief visit.

We were in Sacramento on a brief visit. Around night fall, driving in downtown, suddenly our 2019 Forester's (38K miles) warning lights lit up like 4th. of July fireworks and the car bucked and won't go above 20MPH. We were blocking traffic, cars were honking, ... (a really tense scene.) We stayed overnight in a motel. I found the nearest Subaru dealer on Google -- that was Maita Subaru -- and made a service appointment for the next morning. I had a sleepless night. The Forester miraculously started the next morning we limped into Maita Subaru. We were warmly greeted, the service adviser was very reassuring. In about an hour we received a diagnosis, (a failed exhaust temperature gage), they had the part and we can expect the repair to be completed by the afternoon. To our delight, the car was ready 3 hours early. The charge? Maita got Subaru to pay for the complete repair under the emissions warranty. (In addition, Maita vacuumed the car, topped off all fluids and rotated the tires.) How is that for 5-Stars service. !!

My experience at the Maira Subaru was the easiest I’ve ever had buying a car. No pressure at all. Everyone was very friendly. Follow-up calls were many from different folks, asking if everything was going good, any question, to be sure and call anytime for anything.

I was very impressed by the service I received at Maita

I was very impressed by the service I received at Maita Subaru. It was my first time getting my new car, which I had purchased there, serviced. They installed a hitch for me. They estimated the job to take around 4 hours, so I loved that they provided me a ride home and back, even though I live 13 miles away. The service tech was very friendly and thorough. The hitch is beautiful. I’m very thankful.

Just a regurlar oil change, made an appointment for this and was there no more than 1 hr. All my cars needs were taken care of. nice waiting room too.
