Interstate Ford

I came to Interstate Ford because they had a specific used car I was interested in. I worked with Ray Farrell throughout the process and had a great experience. What I appreciated most about the experience was the friendliness of the folks I dealt with (Ray in sales and Steve in Finance), the honest and straightforward approach that the dealership took in negotiations, and the efficiency / speed of the transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Love going to Interstate Ford. When we purchased our F350 it was because Quinten was the only person to get in touch with us after our internet inquiry and that was the next day. We had sent out several internet inquires. Six months later we were there to get the F350 serviced and were walking around as Quinten was not there at the time and Dennis came out and was visiting with us and we saw an Explorer that we liked and he took us on a test drive. So we ended up buying the Explorer. Whenever we take our vehicles in for service everyone is so nice to us and remembers us and if it is going to take awhile they offer to give us a car to go somewhere but we usually stay and visit with Quinten and Dennis. We have and such good service that our son also went to Quinten to get a new pickup and ended up ordering a new one with all the options he wanted. If we know somebody that is looking for a new vehicle we always tell them to get ahold of Quinten or Dennis, they are the best!!! When it is time to purchase a new vehicle we will definately be headed back to Interstate Ford because of Quinten and Dennis and the friendly, knowledgeable service department. Also, Tim in the finance department was wonderful to work with. He did a wonderful job explaining our paperwork and getting us the Ford Financing on both vehicles.

Love working with Q. He gets the deal done every time, always the way I need it. I will keep coming back for my needs and my family's as well.

We have a great experience with this dealership. My husband and I went to look at their used sales cars just to browse. We didn't really think we would find a car. Daniel Snider was not only very informative about all the vehicles they had, he was also very funny and made the whole experience fun. He worked with us until we were able to meet our financial goals. We would definitely come back to this dealership and already recommended family to go there next. Especially to meet with Daniel Snider. We loved him!

We were looking for a car that was the same as the one I had that was totaled in an accident. From the online listing we were put in contact with Q and he was extremely helpful. He took us as serious buyer even though we are not local to the Denver area. He was willing to do everything he could to keep the price down on the car because of the comp from the insurance. Q was kind, and made sure we made it on the road there, and called to make sure we made it home safely. He was even willing to fill the car we purchased with gas for our trip home. Q also gave us information on other cars in the area that we could fax the insurance to help us with the comp for the car. Everyone we coma across was kind and wanted to make sure we were ok, and that I was ok coming out of the accident.

Wife and I have purchased 5 cars in the last 18 months. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying cars. No pressure and it is actually fun. Will recommend Quentin to everyone I know.

Very professional, laid back atmosphere with both Stacia and Ray. I will be a return customer because of how well our experience was with them and the dealership. I shopped around other dealerships and was disappointed with the high pressure mentality of each of the sales associates. I have purchased four vehicles from Interstate Ford and worked with Q on the last two new vehicle purchases and also sold them a truck. I have always felt respected, listened to, and treated with the utmost expect. I particularly like working with Q because he is attentive through the whole buying process, (I really dislike tag-team car deals), he makes sure that I am comfortable with the deal and informed on all aspects of the transaction- he has a great sense of customer service. Whenever I bring my vehicle in to the dealership for periodic maintenance, Q always greats me with a smile and takes the time to sit and chat. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors who have also become repeat customers and, tonight, I introduced my good friends to Q who was able to get them into a great used vehicle. It is always a pleasure to work with Q. I am also pleased with the service department at Interstate Ford. The level of customer service in the shop is great! I have been taking my vehicles there for six years and I notice that there is very little turn-over in the staff, making it nice to deal with familiar faces and experienced, professional technicians.

Daniel was friendly and helpful. He found us a truck that was exactly what we hoped for and right in our price range. Good job! We were at the dealership for quite a while, and Daniel made the effort to even offer drinks to our kids. It was a very nice experience overall. We will come back to this dealership in the future.

Cody did an excellent job of demonstrating the car, answering all of my questions, and dealing with my price demands! My wife and I were very satisfied!
