Looking for a good car

Wanted to buy a car on my own, and I always bring my car here to get worked on . So I wanted To buy my car here also. I had a great experience with Lauren and would ask for her again. Brittney in the Service Department was great also. The sales Managers are friendly and very helpful, A GREAT DAY! LOVE MY CAR

2005 F250 6.0 Diesel EGR Cooler replacement

OK I am not much on this kind of stuff but on the other hand this I feel is not enough.I know alittle about my 2005 F250 6.0 Diesel and the EGR system.I had a good idea my EGR Cooler failed.Not feeling very well. I went to Interstate Ford in Dacono Co. Had a talk with the Service Advisor Adrien Medina.Now I am all freeked out that it might be more than that .But he said the right stuff and i trusted what he had said.I then had my truck towed over there Thursday.Adrien said he would try and get it in Friday ,Saturdayor Monday all good day for me.I get Home from work FRIDAY and on the answering machine was a call from Interstate Ford and I My Truck was DONE.WOW.Now HAPPY is an understatment .I asked for the TECH. name who is TECH. SCOTT MORGAN. I will be going back there Monday and Thank him for doing a Great job.I have had nothing but Good things to say about this place .I bought the truck there had a blast. Parts dept. I get the part needed and imformation that I need to instale it.And It was a Far Price no the work done.

Amazing Dealership

Cody was such great assistance. He helped me get into the car of my dreams! From the very start when I called the dealership Cody answered and lead me into the dealership, got me the price and deal I wanted and I was able to drive my car home! The whole dealership was amazing and had great standards. I like that everyone congratulated us and made it such a great experience. A past experience with a different dealership made me not trust dealerships, but from the start Cody made sure to change my opinion and helped me gain a new positive feeling for this one. I already recommended him and this dealership to family and friends!

Easy!

I was loathing the pushiness I remembered from my last car. None of that from Lauren or the other Interstate Ford staff. I literally researched every Ford dealership within 100 miles. Interstate's prices were already reasonably close to invoice, so the price was good before I got in the door. The fact they gave me more than I was expecting for my trade-in sealed the deal.

Very friendly with no pressure sales tactics used at this...

Very friendly with no pressure sales tactics used at this dealer. I never once felt pressure about making a decision on what vehicle I was going to purchase. Dennis Blair was very helpful about giving us all the information we asked for. This dealership is like no other I have been to, most pressure you to walk out with a new car on your first visit, not here. We were given all the time we needed to make our decision, Dennis even allowed me to drive the car home to have my wife check out the car in the privacy of our own home. Thanks for your professional and friendly service.

This is how buying a car should be ...

I stopped by Interstate Ford looking for a new, energy efficient vehicle. Lauren greeted me and immediately directed me to the vehicles that I was interested in. When she didn't know the answer to a question she didn't prevaricate, she immediately pulled in someone who could get the answers that I needed. A few days later, when I made up my mind to buy a car, I had a choice of many dealerships. I went back to Interstate Ford because of the sales team (Lauren and Cody). They made my car buying process very simple. We didn't have to go through a laborious haggling process. They gave me a reasonable price and had me setup and ready to go relatively quickly. My interaction with the Finance department (Tim) was just as professional and smooth. I will definitely be recommending Interstate Ford to my friends and colleagues who are interested in Ford vehicles. The team is very professional, friendly, courteous and competent.

Lauren was extremely helpful in trying to find us the car...

Lauren was extremely helpful in trying to find us the car we wanted. In the end, we ended up going in a different direction, but she certainly went out of her way to look for us. My only complaint about Interstate is that you all need to update your inventory (online) much quicker. I repeatedly saw a car listed there that had sold weeks earlier.

Exceptional and more!!

My experience with Stacia in purchasing our 2013 F250 King Ranch was the most organized and hassle free auto purchase I 've ever made. From our first internet contact and follow-up personal call, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. So much so, that our purchase was made and finalized (all but the paperwork of course) entirely by internet and phone conversation. She obtained all necessary documentation and information to pre-approve our financing, with the help of Steve, and insure there were no "surprises" when we arrived to take delivery of the truck. Upon our arrival (we live 300 miles away) the truck was prepped and ready to go. She spent as much time as we needed demonstrating the different options and their use. The entire staff made us feel appreciated as customers. We are thoroughly pleased with Interstate Ford and recommend them to anyone in the auto market. We will be looking to them in the future for any auto purchase we are considering.
