Our car decided it was the end of the road for us. Interstate has taken care of our car in past and we were happy, so we decide to check them out for the purchase of the next car. We talked with Cody on the phone at first and explained our situation and he started to find what my wife wanted in a car. Once we visited, we did not think about shopping anywhere else. Cody worked with us and through a couple situations and it turned out great. Cody was positive, helpful and patience. He let us test drive several cars and was positive when we wanted to test drive them more than once. Since the car we wanted was not on the lot, he found one for us. When it is time to buy our next car (in a year or two) we will go to Interstate Ford first and work with Cody. Thank You, bryan and fern

Super Stacia
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle thorugh Stacia Shane at Interstate Ford. Stacia is professional and very educated on her products and finacials. She worked extremely hard to get me exaclty what I wanted. I was fairly demanding but she came through with flying colors. Interstae Ford has outstanding staff and this is a dealership that cares that you get what your looking for. Zero pressure to buy and again very knowlegeable about thier products. I've been to other dealships and this one just doesn't compare to the rest. This is truly and A1 dealership. Thanks Stacia!! Love the new truck.

Stacia was an extremely helpful, honest and kind salesperson who made my car-buying experience a pleasure! She knew everything there was to know about the car I purchased. I have had some pretty negative experiences buying a car from a dealer, so my time at Interstate Ford was a very pleasant surprise! WE were running short on time as well, so the entire team worked hard to get us into our car quickly! Easiest Car Purchase I've Ever Had
Phil and Lauren were awesome. Lauren listened to us when we explained what we looking for in a truck, and understood why. Phil was just an all around rock solid dude, and went to bat for us on our trade ins and closed the deal. Overall, we felt great walking out of the dealership, and we have no buyers remorse two weeks later. Thanks Lauren and Phil!

Best Experience With FORD
I have given my experience at Interstate Ford all 5's because of one individual - Adrien Medina. From my initial phone call into him, not only was he friendly, but he assured me he would be able to take care of me and my vehicle. The entire time he had my vehicle, he made sure I knew what was going on with it. When I came to pick it up, all the issues I had with it were taken care of - it was like I had just bought a new car! I couldn't believe it! Adrien's customer service was the best I have ever seen at a car dealership. I truly mean it! Sometimes you never know what you are going to get when you go to a dealership, but I never felt that way with Adrien. He was confident he could take care of the issues and it is a huge relief to not have to spend thousands like I thought I would! I will never go to another FORD dealership and will let everyone I know how great of an experience I had with Adrien. He's a loyal employee and dedicated to making customers happy. I cannot thank him enough!

Great buying experience with Q
Q was excellent to work with as he was able to quickly find exactly the model Ford plug-in hybrid we were looking for. Closing the deal was quick and we were able to complete a lot of the paperwork in advance by applying on-line for financing using the Interstate Ford website. Thanks Q!

Truck s not running right
I have 1630000 miles on my F250 and it has needed new parts lately.Last time I took it in and when I got it back .The work done was what was needed at the time. Truck ran great .But 2 fuel injectors went bad .So back to the shop and now the Truck is running may be better than it ever has.I liked it so much I put a wax job on it.I am looking foreward to the next I hope alot of miles with out any thing going wrong.But if it does I would go back to Interstate Ford in Dacono Co.We live close to each other.Thats nice to. Andy
