Couldn't have been any easier to buy a vehicle! Thanks!

Daniel was very quick to respond to my inquiries and provide a list of available vehicles that I might be interested in. It was extremely easy to setup a time to meet with Daniel based on "my" busy schedule. Interstate Ford has a great selection making it easy to test drive different vehicles until I found the one that suited me best. At no time did I feel pressured into making a buying decision. When I was ready to make a purchase Mike did a great job of finding me an even better interest rate than I had found after many hours of research. Buying a vehicle can be a daunting task but not when you get help from the folks at Interstate Ford who live up to their great reputation for being friendly and providing excellent customer service!

Exemplary Service Team

It is unfortunate for me, because I do not know a single name of any of the employees, I recognize them by face only. Nevertheless, since I've been getting my vehicle serviced at Interstate Ford (it has been a few years) I have no complaints what-so-ever. The same goes out to the sales team as well. I have had many opportunities to speak with the various sales force members and because of their professional attitudes and the way they make me feel like a valued customer, I will buy my next vehicle from Interstate Ford. In the same time I have worked with the parts department and I have seen a complete turn around in their customer service and parts availability. Having no hidden agendas, I will say that past parts service was something to be desired. However, with the addition of the tall blond gentleman, (unfortunately I do not know his name), I buy my parts from them. Great work people; a great atmosphere and a nice facility.

GREAT

STACIA AND Q, WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE FAST, AND THROUGH. THEY COVERED ALL QUESTIONS VERY WELL. COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER CAR PURCHASE.

great people happy with purchase

good experience with Interstate Ford, no pressure, they were good about the history on the truck. Shop checked it out good. happy with purchase. I feel truck was checked out good and is ready to go.

Adrian does it again

I've been having our vehicles serviced at Interstate Ford for over 10 years. During that time I have got to know Adrian Medina for the quality of customer care he has provided. I try to remember the names of people and places that don't set well with me and I don't usually return to them. I also try to remember the names of the people at the places I return to so can address them when I see them and give my thanks. As well as Adrian, I want to mention Courtney, for her excellent customer serivice skills. There are two things most important to me when I do business with an establishment, customer service and the actual purpose of my visit. In this case to have our 2011 Ford Escape serviced. I do not know the young man who did the actual service but as far as I can tell he did a fine job.

Interstate Ford has taken care of my needs with my 2008 F350 so well. As a single lady, I appreciate and trust the employees in Service and Parts. Engine cooling fan squeaking on spin down, and tire rotation

I was disappointed in Ford's response that it is a known problem but they don't feel it needs to be fixed. Service did check it and did a review of critical functions of the truck, without being asked at no charge. A very good service. Service was timely.
