Great work on accessory install
Installed bed cover and bed liner. Looks and functions great. Also replaced a defective glovebox door. No problems. Took care of everything in a timely fashion.

Valuing my trade in took literally five minutes and was spot on with KBB unlike the haggling I've had at too many other dealers. We came in Friday evening and worked with Phil Formby and Michael Ververs .. We Purchased the truck and have had a very pleasant experience.. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk to our Sales person and ending with the Finance Manager ,all were attentive and professional. Outstanding Sales and Sale Processing
I went in to see what offers and rebates were on 2017 Escapes....just to get an idea. After gathering the information Dennis Blair and I took a tour of the lot. There were a couple "close to" what I wanted for my wife (actually, what she would want). Dennis and I looked online and found an exact match at another dealership. After checking it's availability, we came to an agreement on the price and trade. "Q" Clark then got involved and the paperwork was probably the easiest I've experienced at any dealership. Got what we wanted for what we wanted, quickly and professionally. In addition, they managed to work in an oil change and tire rotation for my F250 into their busy shop schedule while we were negotiating. Wife is happy with the new Escape. I'm happy because she is and because my F250 is running smoothly

Service
Have been dealing with them since it was Formy Ford in FortLupton. Have a small business with 2 trucks. Every time we need service Adrien Medina treats us like the bigger fleet companies. We are in and out very fast. Even on big repairs!! Would not go anywhere else for any kind of service. Always explains the problem with the truck, gets us towed if need be and makes sure we have a ride home if needed!!!

No Pressure Environment
Phil Formby provided excellent 'no pressure' honest customer service when we purchased a new Ford Explorer. Overall, Interstate Ford provided an open 'no pressure' environment different from many other local Ford dealerships.

Amazing experience
Ed, Stacia and Q did a wonderful job. It was like dealing with friends rather than businessmen, they weren't pushy, were extremely accommodating, willing to work with me, answered all questions and concerns I had. Definitely worth the drive, they treat their customers like people instead of numbers. I will definitely be referring anyone that asks me where to buy a car to Interstate Ford.
