They are exceptional

Both sales and service are above board and for this last Ford purchase I shopped at 4 stores and no one compares. One of the few stores that I feel that sales and service actually work together.

Oil change was done on time while I waited.

I know can count on Interstate Ford to provide service on time. Because I live in Brighton I like to wait on my oil service instead of drop off. I have two vehicles and I usually wait in the lobby when I have oil service, brake repair or other services done. Interstate has always been on time.

2005 Chevy Cobalt

Ed Portolio went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle which could be flat towed. I would recommend him to anyone. Q and Phil were polite and efficient. Never heard of Steve Thompson.

Very good

Nice experience, and helpful. Felt like they were very efficient in getting the paperwork done. No high pressure for us to make a decision. Salesman very helpful getting information for us.

Counting on Interstate Ford for maintenance and repairs

Interstate Ford is a blessing for maintenance and repairs to my 2008 F350. The folks in service and parts are always helpful. It is so nice to know that the parts used on my Ford will be proper and that the work can be counted on. I appreciate knowing that the shuttle service will always be available to take me home if I cannot wait for services. Thanks!

Big Truck

We recently purchased a "big" truck from Stacia. She walked us through every step as we special ordered our vehicle. She was knowledgeable about every aspect and treated us like one of the family. She was patient and pleasant the entire time We highly recommend Stacia Five "big" Stars!!!!
