Nightmare experience!! Days after purchasing, I kid you...
Nightmare experience!! Days after purchasing, I kid you not, the car randomly starts itself, then randomly shuts off! Keeps doing it without the key or anything!! It had an undisclosed aftermarket auto start with a short in it. Very, very dangerous!! I can't drive my kids to school. I took back to the dealer a few days later, we had a nasty argument. When I took it to service, they were basically saying go talk to the used car manger. So I did, his response days after purchasing was, you can't dump the car on back on us. I called corporate, filled a complain report. No use. Then other problems started to pop up. The car started to vibrate and shake really nasty. Turns out the motor mounts are bad! Expensive to fix! The oil and filter hadn't been changed, was really black and nasty. The bottom cover is a little hard to get off, so the lazy dealership didn't bother to change the oil. Another thing they do at this dealer, they put my credit in with what seems like 20 different lenders. Looks really bad on your credit report when people do this. I really had no problem with the buying experience Sant the sales guy was ok. Now I have a long car loan on a non running car. It's worthless and I need it for work. This is very difficult especially during these times. I'm now having to go through the courts, which is long and costly. I would say save your receipts and take them to court, if you plan on buying their backlogged, crusty, stale, problematic used cars. See you in court Nissan!

I have purchased over 25 new cars from multiple manufactures in my lifetime and by far Cerritos of Nissan has been the worst I have ever experienced. This dealership does NOT honor its warranties. Had multiple issues and they did not cover one.

Our goal is to provide our customers with 5-star service so we’re disappointed you felt we did not deliver that. Unfortunately, for a warranty repair to be done, Nissan must have documented proof of the issue. If we are not able to duplicate the issue to provide Nissan that documentation we are unable to perform any work that would be covered by Nissan’s warranty. While we understand this is frustrating we will always work with the customer to do what we can to help. We are unable to identify you by this screenname to reach out directly but we would like to speak with you to information your visit so we can address your concerns. Please contact John Meyer, our Fixed Operations Director, at 855-971-8323 at your earliest convenience.
You will have problems
Brought my truck in for multiple issues and the dealership declined all warranty work. Their favorite line in the service dept. is, “we couldn’t duplicate the problem”

I wish we could give zero stars! They sold me a used 2021 Nissan Titan Pro 4X and we picked it up on August 2nd 2021. As of now December 10th, 2021, we have expired plates, no current registration, can't drive it and have been making payments and insurance....come to find out they sold the truck with no title (meaning Nissan lost the title and never perfected it before selling on the dealership floor). It has been a clusterf*xx dealing with these unprofessional inept people! Now it looks like we have to involve an attorney! Do NOT buy a car from them. If you are wise, you will shop elsewhere!

This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will not honor their warranty. I bought Sentra here, and they refused to fix the transmission when it was under warranty. Nissan has lost three class action lawsuits over these CVT transmissions. Even though the problem is clearly their fault, and even though I took it under warranty, they refuse to help and I am out $7,000. John Meyer, the director of operations, refused to help and he told me that I was negligent to bring my car in, even though I brought my car in and they refused to fix it. I even bought the extended warranty. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!! They refuse to honor their warranty, even when it is for an issue that is so bad that they have lost three class action lawsuits over. Please search Nissan CVT transmissions and you will see for yourself. If I could leave negative stars I would. This was the worst purchase of any kind I have made in my life.

Benjamin, thank you for taking the time to speak with us regarding your Nissan. As was discussed, your last service visit to a Nissan dealer was in 2016. When you recently called us you stated you were having issues with your vehicle and wanted us to replace your transmission. Unfortunately, since your vehicle has 105,000 miles on it, it is no longer covered under the new vehicle or the CVT extension warranty. We attempted to secure goodwill assistance from Nissan but due to your mileage and only one service visit with a Nissan service department since you purchased the vehicle we were unable to get you approved. We understand this is frustrating and we’re sorry we are not able to assist any further. If you should have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to Angelica in our Customer Service Department at 855-971-8323.
More deceit from Cerritos Nissan. My car was under warranty when I brought it in and Cerritos Nissan refused to fix it. I had even bought the extended warranty. Get this. Cerritos Nissan told me that the reason my transmission didn't work was that my tail light had a crack in it. They said I'd pay them $400 to fix my tail light before they would think about looking further at my transmission. I, of course, got my tail light fixed elsewhere. The transmission was still bad. Here's the thing: Nissan CVT transmission are so bad that Nissan has lost class action lawsuits over them. I'll post a link below. The point is, even if your car has a problem that caused Nissan to lose a lawsuit, Cerritos Nissan will still play games with you and lie to you about why your car doesn't work. Do not shop here. Cerritos Nissan will not honor its warranty, even if its clear they are at fault. https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/class-action-settlement-checks-mailed/nissan-class-action-settlement-checks-mailed/nissan-transmission-nissan-altima-cvt-class-action-settlements-mailed/

Purchased a 70k platinum Titan found to many discrepancies when truck was delivered, dents swirl marks/scratches. Sales manager will say anthing to get you in. If you don't get the price range you want don't do it, like me and just settle for their offer, you may lose time but just walk away and have other dealerships in mind and potentional negotiations in your pocket prior to purchasing. I Was tired of wasting time and just settled for what they offered. I should've gone to fontana nissan as they also offer that lifetime drive train warranty as well.

I went in this weekend and had the best customer service ever with Tiny, he helped me find a car that fit the description I was looking for , and that was in my budget. I will definitely be going back to Nissan when it’s time to buy another car (: !!! If I could give this place a 10 star I would review I would. !!!

The way we were treated at this dealership was ruthless...
The way we were treated at this dealership was ruthless and cruel. We test drove a 2018 Toyota Yaris with 45000k + miles My son liked it. Cost of the car at the window was 10999$. After fees and taxes the sales person Irvin de los santos and Jose Miranda said it’s 12000$ and some change. We said no and cannot afford it. They said they will go as low as 11600$. We declined and started to leave the dealership. They stopped us multiple times and offered to “ add value to the car” by giving us one year of free maintenance and full tank of gas for 11500$. We finally agreed. Paperwork signed and we wanted to pay in cash. It check is at home. They said no problem. Car will be washed filled with gas then delivered to our house then they will get the check .car delivered to our house by Irvin de los santos and key handed to my son. They left. My son got in the car and started the engine. He noticed a low tire pressure indicator light on and this car has 1000 more mileage to it compared to the one he test drove We called Irvin the next day via phone and text. Irvin said that the car delivered to us was not the car that was test driven, but it has the same year, make and model. We wanted to make an appointment to go to the dealership the next day. Nehemiah said he will be in but will there Wednesday. We agreed to meet Wednesday afternoon which is today. We came to the dealership and met with Irvin, also approached by Jose Miranda. We were explain to them what happened. And they looked at us like we were crazy. They said the only way they can give us the car we test drove is if we pay for the difference which will be 1000$ more. We refused to pay more and wanted a better resolution but to no avail. We asked for the general manger. GM never came and we have stand in front of his office so he can see us. Finally got to speak to GM Nathan Schwan who practically told us the same thing. Also stated that there’s nothing that they can do since “ we already have your money” shrugged his shoulder. No one tried to help us. They were ruthless and heartless. Fooled us and ripped us off.
