I don’t feel like my car was completely serviced.

I don’t feel like my car was completely serviced. I had asked for a few things to be looked at and it wasn’t done and also I was told oil change and tire rotation was complementary for the first time. They told me that when I bought the car overall I think service should have more help more knowledgeable mechanics, and the service person that writes down what you’re there for needs to be more knowledgeable because what I asked to have done was not
